Obama cause he's black and absorbs more sunlight energy (even the one reflected from McCain) so taking this in a physics system it's usually the one with higher energy that "wins" in a fight (stronger force vs weaker force)

Ok considering they will somehow breathe ok somehow I say the shark will have better mobility, and more drive by hunger to eat. Fish are stupider than lions, and the lion would be trying to figure everything out like how to move around and how did he get to the moon in the first place. The fish instinctively knows how to swim so the fish wouldn't be trying to figure out whats going on.
Shark would win.

Lion has about a 1 min more life then shark on the moon.Shark dies in 10 secs due to not having water on the moon.and then the lion eats the shark and dies too of not having enough air.Its a tie.
