Good thing you can edit and take away 
However, we know that Dumbledore was such a great magician and wizard that no one ever knew how fas his powers extended. As a child of 14 (or was it 15?) he whopped the Aurora masters asses in a test while waving his wand once. And he doesn't need any sort of movement to perform several devestating magical attacks.
*I've read both the Lord of the Rings book (including silmarillion & more) along with all the Harry Potter books* and i say Dumbledore. This fight is won on KO. Gandalf is sometimes depending on his sword too much.

Dumbledore.
A staff is much more clumpsy then a Wand. Dumbledore would be able to launch off many more spells then Gandalf.
edit: Not to mention, that even if Dumbledore is disarmed he can use magic without a wand. Magic seems very limited (and booorrrrriinnggg) in LOTR too.

Indy took out a panzer tank with a horse and a rock, so he can take down Han fist to fist. Han's expertise is in the cockpit.

Indi, he can use the whip to take the laser weapon  (so even with weapons...) And in the last movie he was almost immortal as the Highlander!

vs.
Fizban
If you're anything like me there is a chance that you have never heard of either of these. That's why Mytical was kind enough to provide a summary of the competitors in this fight!

He is the chosen of Mystra (once the goddess of magic) and taught her daughter Simbul (also called Symbol) who became the goddess of magic how to use magic. On the surface Fizban appears to be a bumbling mage that only by pure luck pulls of JUST the spell needed at the exact right time. In reality he is the mortal form of Paladine the god of dragons (who's forms include a Platinum Dragon and a Human Paladin). While Elminster has taught a god(dess), and Paladine is not the god of magic he IS a god. However, for this fight Fizban cannot change form.
For this fight though, both are mortal and can be destroyed. So it is a God of something OTHER then magic vs the guy who taught the Goddess of Magic how to use magic in a magical duel. Who will win?
