I know, finding out funny synonums (or how it is spelled) is quite fun  just think back at agrael in Homm V, he owned those little grasssniffers

(sry for being deactive for a time, been busy with school and the Gods RPG Gonna try keep up now.)
The mage was both amased and scared by his pupil. He had already mastered the first circle of death magic, having complete control of the slow and weakness spell. The mage was no longer unsure. The 'thing' would posess greater power than himself before they had reached Ymhir. His teachings of the dark magic was the only thing that made him usefull to the abomination. He was also concerned over what the hell he was. He looked a lot like a ghoul, but he obviously had free will, something that gave him more relatings to a vampire.
He was making quite good progress. The old mage had trained him for about a week, and he already felt that he had good control over his incantations. The old mage was surely planning something, and the lessons may come to an end soon. If the mage would try to start anything, he would be prepared.
So far there had been two more attacks, and except from a few zombies, there was no losses. However the mages leg had became infected and they would need care for him before he became too ill.
And as the group was weakened by sand storms and plans for elimination, the creature decided to show up.

- Concentrate your mind on the pain you want to inflict upon your enemies, and visualise ther flesh dacaying and their souls being ripped out of their hearts. It is understandable if it is hard, Decay is a second level spell and...
- I don't care if it is hard or not, just tell me what to do and i'll try.

A sudden explosion in the sand. Undead flew at all directions. The zombies and skeletons would be unable to be used succesfull in this battle, and so he pulled his knife out of a sand dune and looked for the mage.
It was not fear, rather a feeling of a plan disturbance. The mage had been split into two parts, with his legs being removed and the upper part panicking on his way to chocke in the sand. He quickly rose up, with an iron grip around his knife, rushing forth to the mage. He took a quick look at the source of the explosion.
Up trough the hole in the sand was three enormous necks covered in spiked scales, and at the top was three reptilian heads, who each enjoyed one of the zombies. The hydra had quite bad taste in food obiously. One of the heads noticed him, and came forth at frightening speed, knocked him down and opened its monstrous pie-hole.
- The spell, use it, the mage shouted, seemingly calm than before.
He gathered his will, but before he even could start visualasing, another head came and bashed him in the side. At least they didn't target the mage, whick was good because he was crucial to his own succes. He threw a zombie into the next head targeting him, and gracefully cut out an eye while evading another charge.
This time he came to the part of the souls and the hearts, when he saw that the mage was being attacked. He fired a lesser elditch arrow at the head, but that only made it angrier.
- Take my staff, it will be easier, the mage screamed, after that he fainted. No more advice from that one.
He did as the amge said, and when he had reached the staff, all the zombies and skeletons were destroyed. With the mage unconscious, he was all on his own. With a mad scream, he finaly finished the spell, and an enorous green cloud sourounded the hydras. Ony by one they fall dead on the ground, rotten and disgraced. He turned to the mage, and saw a small pile of blood next to him.

(oh ok, well im swedish but I feel more cofortable in englisg than swedish, however excuse for my many spelling misstakes that comes from quick typing Btw Filler post? Did you eman you or me ?

Finally, he could see the towers of Ymhir. He was lucky that he was undead, or else he would have died out in the desert. He had been traveling for two weeks, but at least he hadn't been attacked any more since the hydra.
But something was not right. His grip around the staff hardened. The mage had no longer any use of it.
Smoke rose to the skies. The gates were closed, and he could distantly hear noises. Indeed something was wrong, but it could still be in good for him.
-I know the work of a necromancer when I see it, and his evil grin reappeared on his face.
