HC Real Life OOC
Just thought of this idea and I want to share it to you guys and girls.
I have seen (I think) a HC RP, but not a HC Real Life RP.
Basically the idea is that you all live where you live now and that you organise events, meet up with other HC members and interact with one another. If perhaps you want to meet up with several people and organise a party, then just say so in here and the other members who are not invited know that they are not invited (aww    .
Just say some information about you such as the following:
First Name (If you don't want to reveal it, then just use your HC name)
Country (not the exact location like which street )
Age (if you don't want to reveal it, then just make up one. Not 100 or -100, but a realistic number)
And any other bits of information you want to say.
With your posts, please try not to swear at people if you meet up with them and you don't like the member. Let's keep it clean.
Well if anyone else is interested in this then maybe we can start. But before that, I would like some more ideas, if any of you are interested.
If you are still unsure what this whole RP is about, then feel free to ask in this thread.

Idea is good but we already have too many running RPG's.
People just can't handle too much at the same time.
They are full of all those running(dieing) already.

Well if people keep thinking like that then Glade will get inactive...AGAIN. I guess you could say that OSM is a bit too much based upon how many posts are generated there and the reply length (usually is large). But people seem to manage quite fine don't they?
I don't see anything wrong with having another RP. Hell, a few more wouldn't hurt. Unless you want to see this forum section get less active like it used to be? Because that is what people used to say and look what happened. We are lucky it is active again right now.

I pretty much agree with William. With an attitude of "there are enough already - no need for new ones" we won't advance. 
Anyway, I'm willing to give some time to a fun idea. I'm in. I will post the character details soon.

Too much of a good thing? Nah. That is why I created the RPG contest. Get some fresh ideas out there. Since WWIII has stopped (pretty much) and I lost interest in the Gods one, will participate. Now the only question is as the 'before' or the 'after'...

Well WW3 died before it began, Gods is a complete mess, Gladerion is fading away, M.E.G.A. has been losing members the whole time it has been running, War of 5/8 is running only because of a few stubborn posters who won't quit,
Only properly running one is pokemon...
...and because summer is coming it will die soon too.

Well I have some more ideas.
I just realised that since everyone lives in different countries, then the time zones will be different. I don't think that anyone really wants to bother with time zones or anything, so I guess we can just have the Timezone at a specific one which applies to everyone.
There could be a few ways that you could write out your posts. Perhaps you want to make it a story or something similar to a Diary entry. Or you could just do it how most of you are already familiar with already, by saying what your character does and then interacting with people or NPC's.
Some of the ideas from my other RP game, Metrograde, could also apply here. Perhaps I could do the weather reports for the day and then all of those who have joined this will then need to incorporate that into your posts. I would probably say weather reports, traffic conditions etc, for each country that you are in. If there are too many then I will scrap that idea and the members themselves can choose what the weather is like. But I do think that could be interesting. I don't think it would work if people are not making the posts in a Diary like style though.
And JoonasTo, sure those ones may have died. But if there was no one making any threads, then what do you think would become of the Glade? The Glade needs new threads, regardless if they will work or not in order to try and get it active again. There is no point in just seeing other threads die out before they even begin and then just giving up and not trying to get it active. If there were more members making more threads then Glade might have a chance.
The only member I see at the moment that is trying to do that is Mytical.

Well the thing is, MEGA will not go anywhere. If it comes down to me and my cousin, it will continue. At least for some time to come. Don't know what Omega plans with 5/8, but if he ever gives it up, he knows I get first dibs on taking it back over. I am stubborn and won't give up without a fight .
BTW, if no objections I am going with 'before' not 'after'. After all before has 34 years worth of material, and after has only a little bit

I quess were all just waiting to be teleported to the ships and get kicked out be legions of aliens.
But seriously there isn't much any of us can do before you get the situation going. We need to get to the ships so beam us up!
With before do you mean we would write our life stories here?
Wouldn't it belong in the tavern?
As for Gladerion my problem is that because it's so freeform I don't know what to write.
Besides I made a boring character, good guys are too boring on a traditional rpg.

I'm pretty much active on HC, and in relation with some HC members, also outside of HC. Obviously more with the Israelis - they are just closer, so I really get to see them, which is completely different than talking online. I talk with HC members via MSN, on video convesations, on the phone, and we sometimes arrange meetings.
It will amusing to make those things on the RP - I think that it can make us to do them in RL later.

I find it quite unfair you didn't count in Regin of Terror seing as all it lacks is players who wants to play. No one else have joined the thread except me, DagothGares & WinterFate. If you joined it would be better you can take over any NPC character(Except Maarn) or create a new one.

No one really knows where I am during the breaks and in the class I'm sitting in the darkest rom of the class. I'm active 17 hours a day on HC and use to post 20 posts during 24 hours so I can't post more.
