I'm not addicted to HC anymore
A horrifying thing that just crossed my mind.
I couldn't hang out at HC for quite some time, with the school and everything... And then I realized, I don't shake or tremble anymore. It just came natural.
Even when I log on to HC now, I don't feel the same anymore. It's more like a nostalgic visit to the past...
That sucks. I still love HC, it's just that I'm not too attracted to it anymore.
It seems I'm no longer addicted to HC.
Cure me, guys, come on. I believe in your healing powers. Turn me into an HCholic again.

Well I had lost interest in HC a few months ago and I was not addicted. But today for some reason, I have started making a lot of posts .I guess I am starting to like the forum and have much more interest in it again.
Maybe the thing to help you is to have a sour ram testicle thrown at you?

Let's see the bright side:
It's good to like HC, without being addicted to it. This way, you're not dependent on HC, you can survive if you don't get to HC for a few days, and you have more room in your mind for RL life. You're still here, it's still good for you to be here, you still like the place and the community...

It's natural for anyone who has been in HC for awhile.
I remember I could not wait to come home from work to see what was said in an exciting thread when there was actually one yrs ago.
Nowadays I dont expect to see 1% of any excitement, so I just come in to hang out.

You know, I'm starting to feel like a pope on a deathbed now... With all those petty cardinals staring at me with that cute "die DIE DIE already" look in their eyes. It truly feels good. ^^
Who said anything about going out anyway? You're not getting rid of me that easy.
But the thing is that the amount of entertainment I hand out somewhere is directly proportional to the amount of entertainment that place gives me. And HC as a whole somehow stopped being, well, that magical. For me, at least.

Happens (mostly) to everyone at some point, I was in FF for 2 years and eventually left cause it lost that certain charm.

Meh, 2 years is nothing. I've been into Harry Potter for about 4 years when I was a kid, before it turned into something to go along with Eminem, Tokio Hotel and menstrual questions in SUPER COOL N AWSUM teen magazines.
