You put 4 bags on the scale. If it says 20 ounces, you know the other one is the one you're looking for.
If it says 20.5 then the bag you're looking for is one of those four. You take out a bag and see how much it got reduced, etc. Or is this not allowed?

how come 1+1=1 while 1+0 also=1
(death dont answer).

no you can only use it to weigh something once.

It's kinda impossible if you only weight it once. But you can always guess (are you allowed to "move" the marbles inside the bags, or was that there just to confuse us?)

Let's name the bags A, B, C, D and E.
You take one marble from C and put it in B.
You take one marble from A and put it in C.
You take two marbles from D and put them in B.
Then you put C + D + E on the scale.
If it shows 13, then B is the one you're looking for.
If it shows 13.1, then A is the one you're looking for.
If it shows 13.4, then C is the one you're looking for.
If it shows 13.3, then D is the one you're looking for.
If it shows 13.5, then E is the one you're looking for.

well thats correct! I solved it like this
1 marble from A
2 marbles from B
3 marbles from C
4 marbles from D
5 marbles from E
put them in bag E and weigh em...
decimal tells which one

Yes I kinda noticed I could have solved it easier like you, but what I got was some chaotic solving (I didn't 'polish' the result, that's how I got it first from the top of my brain )

actually there not,since + is OR gate (if i remmber the name correctly) while x is and.
answer:
Lineare math,or something? 1 or 1 will be 1 while 1 or 0 will also be 1.

Well there are many symbols used for OR gates, and usually in circuits you use a + covered in a circle so to not make confusion 
In C programming language you use | for bitwise OR.
And I think it's called boolean algebra.

If it's literally, I would say river, since a river has a "mouth", it also has a "bed" but I don't know about a head or the "running" and "walking" part
