@ doomforge: well, uhm, I followed azagal's advice (which probably had little to do with it, but I would love just mentioning it and possibly embarras him further) and did something, so I went over to her house and we did... Things... Like... Scrabble... and... monopoly...
I kid, really, we talked and she explained she thinks she loves two people at the same time, then over to hugging, playing scrabble and all that and, now, (a day later) she dropped a message, saying that she chose me. Now, this is all inherently selfish and childish, but somehow I stopped caring... (after all I'm seventeen, I can be stupid and happy all I want)
I'll have to do something about it, once I'm an adult probably and have to consider responsibilities, but flip that.

There's a lot more to the things I say to people than "Be happy man!". I'm a very capable human being and I happen to know a bit about human nature, thus making my advice a little more than just "be happy man!". We have never really spoken and I doubt I'd even want to speak to someone of your mindset but before you lable me perhaps you should bear in mind that your knowledge of me is highly limited, thus you making claims about me isn't inparticulary bright, is it?

Time for me saying my problem... :
Well at the school we are 7 very close friends(3 boys and 4 girls)...From when we met with the one of the girls something attracted me to her but not too much to say that I love her.But the last 2 months I am insanely in love with her...I know it's love...I don't sleep...I write poems about her and also there is not the thing that she is really beatifull...I mean now for me she's the prettiest girl I have ever seen but 2 years ago when I didn' like her much she didn't seem to be...The thing is that I have to choose between the security and the risk...
Security gives me friendship while risk is heaven...
What should I do?!?
Take the secure way not telling her anything but staying friends or risk it by telling her that I love her but in case she does not love me we may stop being friends?!?

You should ask yourself if you could actually remain friends with you feeling that way, when you reach that point no option is truly safe. Anyway if she really is a friend at the very worst she would understand and remain a friend.

Now, two of my friends (whom I consider smarter than myself, but IQ doesn't mean much in these things) would say go for security, but you can take a golden route in the middle by trying to take it slow. Do you talk with her a lot? I asked a girl that question once: whether it's possible to be friends after such a relationship. After all, it is love, no?
Anyway, my decision was made when she said: No, people are supposed to be friends, but they never do. (aso, I asked this question when we were in group, but even that doesn't necesarily make it subtle) (be subtle!)
Anyay, my decision was once influenced by that. I'm curious to see the opinions of others.
Sorry, I'm a bit hyper, kesnar, so don't take my advice too seriously!

You're 21. My parents got married when my mom was 19 and my dad was 22. They've been happily married for 18 years.  So that's hardly an excuse.

I was talking about your posts, you can be a 90 year old granny in real life too, doesn't change anything
Also I think I do know a bit cause after all, I had this schoolmate in highschool, he kinda gave similar advice to others who were in desperate situations (not about love mind you, but still). And yeah it had no effect. I don't want to draw hasty conclusions about your REAL LIFE because I never claimed I know you in REAL LIFE.

You don't have to lie but you must certainly shouldn't claim stuff about me. If you say "I think" it's a world apart from "He is". That's why I have a problem with your post, you saying "I'm xyz" where you have no idea what you're talking about.

I realize that my situation is the exception rather than the rule (except maybe when you consider my parents' background, it's somewhat less of an exception, but still...), but that just goes to show that Doomforge shouldn't put the idea out of his mind.

Well, let's see:
- There's pandie who has kids, so I am assuming she's married for some strange reason, no?
- There's ash, but she doesn't talk about her real life.
- there's... Kooka, but she doesn't show up much...
- There's Ceres, but I think she left this place AND she has winter to talk to anyway!
- VF left and maybe it's for the better that we not discuss her problems here? (or maybe it IS better to just let it all out, I dunno)
yeah, no, we're not hearing from girls I think, unless miss-I-love-mm-but-also-have-ambiguous-feelings-towards-elvin wants to say something. Ah, Izzy! That was her (nick)name!
