[MOD] The Inferno Project
Hi. I want to make a Inferno Town to Heroes 2. This is the example creatures:
Lvl 1 - Imp
Lvl 2 - Hell Archer - Hell Ranger
Lvl 3 - Wolfhound
Lvl 4 - Wyrm - Hell Hydra
 
Lvl 5 - Efreet - Efreet Lord
Lvl 6 - Hell Knight - Vindicator
I first make creatures then buildings.
This cam exchange Barbarian Town because it's easy. I will edit this post when i finsish some of my creatures. Enjoy it 
Ps: I need team. Who liked it and want's to make it with me post it there. I need some animator and programmer. I will make pictures and castle background.

Do you have any idea how to import new graphics into Heroes I?

I use resedit  and i find program what exchange graphics.
But i want to make it to heroes 3. Heroes 3 already have inferno but i want to add new creatures.

Will this be a whole new town, or it will replace an existing one?
At any case, I can help you with the town design. Unless you want to copy H3's design.

resedit? it can't pack *.AGG files. and what is the second program for graphics?

Resedit 2 can pack them.
I wonder how you can open .ICN files.

For example: i have an file heroes.icn I change the name heroes.icn to heroes.def I open it with defview and i extract frames ;]

I'm not sure if this can be.
*.icn is not the same as *.def

Ok i stop the project. But i started to make it to homm 3. It rechange the creatures.

I stopped making for Homm 1 but this is so boring  I started making to Homm 2 and whose town you want to be replaced?
