Ok The island, closer to the fireland which is north west. Annualy every tree plant and animal is harvested, then burned down to keep people from thinking people live there. The technology asfar as underground construction is fairly decent. It houses around 200 students and only 4 teachers. There are also grads but they are all old, like 40 and 50. The students are generaly from 12 to 30. They have a system of growing foods underground, and potatoes are served nearly every meal. The doors to the outside are locked, and you have no memories of being outside, or of your parents, unless your parents are also inside of this underground university.

So we're living in an underground facility with no knowledge whatsoever about the outside world, and it turns out the outside world's a burnt down hellhole.
What a lovely Fallout atmosphere 
Right. So. Anything else I need to know before I make my character?
I was thinking of something like this. My mother and father were murdered by the forces of the Fire King for their religious beliefs (apparently, they believed in the gods of the old kings); they were slain trying to escape the King's troops that came to raid our home and capture them. I ran away (I was 12 then) and spent a few years roaming around, in search of food for work, with hatred for the Fire King and any kind of likewise authority as the only constant in life. I finally joined a crew of local pirates, as I liked the prospect of raiding the Fire King's ships for a living. However, as we set sail, we entered a harsh storm and... I woke up in the university, with one of the teachers (the one that was kidnapped) explaining me that he found me on the beach and took me to the university. I found out I have a slight amnesia over how the outside world looks and functions, but I remember what the Fire King's troops did to my family. I proved worthy of training in the academy, and I swore I'd one day leave it and go seeking vengeance but not as a meager pirate or bandit, but as a skilled, educated man, fighting a more intelligent war. Currently I'm 21 year old.
Is that alright?

That sounds great, tommorow is the official character development sheet... Then the only things left are for me to type out this 3 page storyline of what you already know.. You can read it but the details are already posted... Then, we start, disreguarding mvass's funny steroid addiction 
If you want, either of you can help me list secondary skills.. Everyone starts off as a 1 but you will get points to add to them. And oh yeah... Items too. Create a reasonable set of inventory you would have at this kind of university. I will try to draw a map of the university incase you ever want to raid the place for boats, food, weapons, ect.

Appearance: Clothes are inexpensive so you were able to aquire what you wanted in the past..
Main skills
Divy up (for simplicity I seperated groups) 35 points and roll a six sided dice twice (or shuffle 6 playing cards).

HP/Natural Healing:
Defence:
Dexterity:
Luck:
6th sense:
Charisma:
Intimidation:
Street smarts:
Intelligence:
Secondary skills
All of these are your choice.But alsot put on top, Everything else: 1
We will figure out how many points you get on the skills you select soon depending on how many skills you pick.
Items, and silver.
100 silver (not bad)
Enough food (not tastey though xD
basic weapons
and you come up with the rest but if its something crazy or unrealistic we'll have to reconsider.
