Seems people are begining to agree with each other

There is likewise a multiplicity of reasons that the followers of Chaos desire to burn the world and serve the Gods, whether it be a desire to achieve immortality, simple zealotry, a love of battle etc.

The daemons are manifestations of the Gods in the mortal world, and so the lesser daemons generally serve whatever goals their God is currently working towards while the greater daemons, who are sentient and often malevolent may have their own goals and desires or reasons for doing what they do.

I never though of that way. It could very well lie in one race nature to kill the otherd (even if it was not nescessary).

But what makes Norse gods evil? -.-
After studying norse mythology for years I have found out that its much more likely then the popular religions today (but buddhism is ok)...

The Norsemen are the race of humans that worships the Chaos Gods, Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch and Slaanesh, so they don't actually worship the true "Viking" pantheon.

As for the Norse religion being more likely than most others, that seems somewhat doubtful, given their belief in dwarves, elves, that the aurora borealis was created by the sparkling armour of the valkyries and that the world(s) were connected by Yggdrasil, a giant tree, which is more likely than not where the creators of Warcraft got their inspiration for their own iteration of the World Tree.

In any case however this is somewhat inconsequential given the topics being discussed.
