Here's what I did to him:

I added the Helm of Chaos, the Runic War Axe and one of the Raiders' weapons (a spear was too clunky). The equipment is actually attached to the Centaur through effects, so it moves when he moves and has no animation glitches 
The only problem is the ranged attack, which he can't perform properly without his bow. Also, in the mod, one of the Raiders is invisible - I got rid of everything except the weapon. I could have used an isolated set of files for the Centaur's sword, but... meh
Also, it is not based on the Centaur Captain. It's, well... original

Well if my Centaur looks too "classic" I say WTH? Weren't we supposed to make the Centaur Captain anyway? I doubt that "too classical" can be an argument

Ok my entry is not based on the H3 Centaur captain, I went through few ideas, like female centaur , wizzard centaur , some kind of more horse looking centaur Finally I created something without a name (maybe centaur peasant? ). It's nothing impressive just nice looking (at least for me), there he is :

He has new haircut, he is no more bald-headed (sorry Alci )
New Quiver.
Shirt with nice looking sleeves.
Mail armor on his horse part.
Full screen, Attacking.

Good one Vokial, but the armor has a somewhat confusing weird pattern (never seen an armor like that), and it looks a bit cartoonish.
