I said as many creature stacks as possible. And no, you don't have to elaborate, otherwise you'd have to explain how to get highest morale as well, and that's not the point of the question
as high morale as possible -> including Map Objects, Artifacts and other boosts
as high initiative as possible -> including Ring of Speed, Haste, etc
as many creature stacks as possible -> including summoned creatures, etc

You can't have sieges in a 3x3 duel so your "many creature stacks as possible" doesn't include mine.

Town's siege walls, towers and gate. The blade barrier and the arcane crystal are also affected.
3) What does master of earthblood affect?
It affects the hero's spellpower in certain situations (it increases the SP by +4 when the hero casts Earthquake and Fire Trap)
4) Ways to prevent a shooter from using his ranged attack?
5) How can a hero achieve a spell effect without casting?
Imbue Arrow (eventually + Rain of Arrows or Imbue Ballista). He doesn't casts the spell(s), or at leats not the classical way.
7) Highest abount of damage you can receive from retaliation? (No need for calculations, describe situation)
8) Name one combat AI change.
9) How can the opponent dispel puppet master he has cast in one of your own units?
10) Can a succubus seducer’s special affect wraiths?
11) How can someone unsummon your phoenix? I do not mean kill.
The Phoenix's owner must summoun another Phoenix, and the origial one will automatically disappear (without being killed).
The enemy just has to kill all basic stacks in the opposing army, and the summouned ones will dissappear.
12) How can you maximize the effects of empathy?

7) A Battle Griffin leaded by Irina, after retailating against a big number of opponents, use it's retaliation against a leaping Grunt. In order to enhance the damage, Irina fullfils some conditions:
-she is a high level hero (her speciality is better)
-she has an enormous attack skill
-she casted Righteous Might, Divine Strength, Benediction and a lot of other buffs on the Griffin with Expert Light Magic and a good Spellpower
-she casted Vulnerability and other curses on the grunt with Expert dark Magic
-she casted Retaliatoning Strike on the Griffins, with Unstoppable Charge
-she has ultimate counterstrike
-she has Necklace of the Bloody Claw
-she has battle frenzy ability
-she casted Frenzy on the Griffin to increase its damage
-she has Preparation and the Griffin defended last turn
-the griffin scores two lucky strikes, one before and one after Grunt's attack
8) If you go invisible with all your units, the AI tries to find them by going to the place where you went invisible first and then randomly searching the Battlefield. Before the patch, the AI just defended in all of its turns, even when it was in a Firewall.

@Asheera: In number 4, you mentioned all the possible things, except of one small detail.
You got 3 correct, though.
1 point to Asheera.
1 point to TheDeath for 12. The point in that was the mass haste, that Asheera didn't mention. 
1 point to Zamfir for 2.
Hehe, what a creative answer to number 3! Another point for that!

Regarding 12, I thought I said having as high initiative as possible. Because Mass Haste is still not enough, there are also Rings of Speed, etc Are we supposed to say now how to get very high Morale as well? Also, don't I get a bonus for that smart Artificial Glory thingy?
4) Giving him a negative Morale and hope for a Bad Morale triggering on the shooter
EDIT: And why did Zamfir get a point for 2 when mine was more complete? And a creative answer to 3? He just said exactly what it says in the description

Fire trap, blade barrier, arcane crystal, strength of "tremor" ability when earthquake is cast, but it does NOT affect earthquake itself since earthquake damage depends on summoning magic mastery.
7) Retaliation from seraphs from a horned leaper leap attack (with the seraphs receiving divine strength from a knight with expert light magic and ultimate counterstrike)
8. Name one combat AI change.
AI targets summoned and gated units less often; they go for the real troops!
9) How can the opponent dispel puppet master he has cast in one of your own units?
Cast puppet master on another of your own units
10) Can a succubus seducer’s special affect wraiths?
No, unless two things occur together:-
(a) hero has equipped Sandro's cloak
(b) total power rating of seducer stack must be more than 25% than that of the wraith stack
11) Enemy summon phoenix , your phoenix will disappear!

Played too little without the patch to notice a change.
The AI doesn't use Divine Vengeance so often because it was nerfed?

We assume normal creature stacks, their numbers depending on growth.
For example, if we have 4 paladins in an army, we woun't have 2 archangels in the same army.
So, the highest ammount of damage is when Black dragons retailate some Leaping Grunts. Black Dragons are the creature who have the most damage for a week's growth worth stack.
Or another sittuation: a "phantom force" big stack attacks and suffers a retaliation and it is hit, not missed. The whole big stack will die. the damage is Health*Number. Verry big damage
9) How can the opponent dispel puppet master he has cast in one of your own units?
He blinds it (how smart).

Put an Arcane Crystal next to it, An enemy is put next to it, an Puppeted ally is put next to it, cast Expert Confusion on it, Blind it, Frenzy it, Puppet it, Poltergeists Steal it's ammo, kill the shooter, , press Ctrl and Left-Click so the shooter will attack in melee, Vampire Princes's Put in into Torpor, Bash/Warding Arrow/Wasp Swarm/Hive (reduced initiative, so you can try to kill it), Block it's path when attacking in Melee (Centaurs), Seduce an Opponent (SuccubusSeducer), Gate (Succubus), Seduce it with a Succubus Seducer, Invoke Fear (Nightmare, Hell Stallion, White Bear Rider, Fear my Roar), let the shooter do anything but shooting,
Red: Option to prevent enemies from Shooting
Green: option to prever allies from Shooting
Blue: options that case be use by tboth allies and enemies
I can't think of more
