Very hard to say. On one side we have Academy with those Golems who wouldn't be easy to take down, on the other we have Resurrection from the Sylvan hero. I really don't know, but I'm leaning very little towards Academy because of Consume Artifact.
Also those Rajas were a mistake, since Confusion was cast and thus no-enemy retaliation on most enemy creatures

A very interesting battle if not to only remind us how outrageously broken Divine Vengance is xD.
And my bets would have been on Arcax the Golems would have been to much for you + he still had consume artefact. And a good timed puppet on the unicorns would surely have sealed it (if he managed to get a stack between them and your druids an archers).

Watched Academy vs. Sylvan game of Elvin, and I think it's 99% Arcax's game... He mistook a little not attacking the druids , but once he kills those Divine Vengeance becomes less of a threat and also Elvin doesn't have dual ressurection unicorns, plus many creatures are decayed. Not to mention that Arcax can do Dual Ressurection of his own, and the golems will be hell to take down, he should have consume artifact for them...
Also the game is totally replayable, just make some print screens of what you don't remember to help you in battle , but most likely Elvin should step aside and grant Arcax a deserved victory

Just prepared for massive Aura of Speed+Tactics combo :x
It all depends from Elvin, I think we should replay it with new moves because I have no screens of battlefield. Im not a victory chaser but I think that after casting Magic Resistance on Golems and consuming/resurrecting the game would be mine. We will see...

Turns out Arcax wants to humiliate me in a rematch on different terrain, tomorrow morning he'll have a piece of me!

I finished my games with Selu. I turns out 2-1 for me from a 0-1, matter of luck I suppose (Armageddon - Academy and Word of Light - Druided Sylvan). I'll post the replays soon, although I'm a bit lazy for this kind of things, would you be so kind to post them if I pass them to you by MSN, Elvin?

So we meet again Mr. Matadore...
And it played out like last time -_-.
The first one was Necro vs Haven me going all light and he having dark and a 30 SP CotN which blew me to pieces. Should have casted magical immunity right from the start on every unit of mine I'd killed him with raw man power. But yeah one is always cleverer after the battle xD.
The second was a Sylvan vs Fortress. I knew that he would go imbue destruction rain of arrows but unfortunately I didn't have any rune of charge and rune of thunderclap didn't trigger when I needed it the most. I never had a battle that pissed me off so much oO (therefore the slighty annoyed file name...).
The thing was my units couldn't get over the battlefield fast enough and when they were there they were already half dead since he stayed put on his side of the arena pretty much killing me only with Arcanes and his Hero.
But Lepastur is great guy and player. Right after the battle he asked me wether I was angry and stuff so he's great. It's just that I hate losing in such a manner ><. But arararaaa I wouldn't be the guy I want to if I were to hold grudges cause of stuff like this .
So good luck to you Lepastur in the tournament. Blow them to pieces for me (defeating sq+that cyclops strike was achievement enough for me).
Now forgive me I'll go the local pet shop and electrocute ever tortoise and turtle I see...

Not sure which game Ash is referring to but I once had a successful turtle with Sylvan against Azagal's fortress.

Tann beat me 2-0, First match was a very good inferno vs haven, but it was hopeless for me after a 36 mana mass confusion and a regen imps drained me out . 2nd was necro vs dungeon which was ugly. At least i spammed some DV with necro which isn't so common

Your turtle strategy? I thought that was universal... I'll have to make a call to my financial manager in order to pay you the copyright royalties Going serious, this time worked thanks to the obstacles I guess. By the way, it seems there is a strange bug using Battle Rage rune while puppeting, the unit don't attack any target.
