I agree that maybe they were massacred because they didn't act, but what has Rune of Charge to do with this?

They didn't act because Rune of Charge allowed every single Fortress unit to get to the other side and attack/kill in their opening move, no matter how low their speed is.

Moreover two of their fast units can cause fear and stun while attacking first with the rune. And trust me, with soldier's luck it almost always triggers..
If it turns into a game that the one lucky to hit first decides the game it's broken by default. Even so the dwarves are stronger without the rune.

Ashee my darling I am very flattered that you'd use me as an example but I'm afraid I would even manage lose with Sylvan against Dungeon . I have my moments but I doubt that I play factions to the maximum of their capabilities .

Had a pretty good game with sq, orcs vs haven. Was lucky to get enlightenment->stamina and shatter dark, also a favourable battlefield where his champions' initial charge could not deal much damage. He went the defensive route with dark and even though I had corrupt dark his mana did last for a while.. My flaming ballista helped a lot.
What are the rest of you doing?  Don't get complacent, the games are still running! I expect some results soon

Wow I was sure Haven was going to win there. But those cyclops...yikes...the first aid tent helped a bit with the 100 hp heals and really they just lasted and lasted.
Vampirism and mass slow lasted forever even with Shatter Dark (assume on expert?)
Fun game to watch. More replays posted guys, I'm loving watching them.

Apparently there is not enough interest, people can't even find the energy to play a few duels for a tournament the joined. Pathetic really.
I consider the tournament deal unless I see some new results in the next few days. Next time I will have improved balance and deadlines to avoid this situation.

That explains a few things. Considering that I'm at gmt +2 and Azagal is 5 hours ahead of me there should be a large gap between you two.

I would have signed up to play but I've never done the online stuff before, I'd be too newbish!
However I really like watching the experts clash and seeing new strategies.

EST is -5 hours, Azagal has +7 hours, so the gap between you two is 12 hours That means it's exactly the same time at the clock, only that when someone has AM time the other has PM and vice-versa
