Adjusting maps

I don't know where exactly to post this, and it will probably remain unanswered cause it's kind of complicated, but it will ease my soul at least .

Me and my friends are playing some custom maps which we've made and have tried to balance them as far as it goes, so we ventured to balance stuff like artifacts, spells, skills and heroes. My question is, is it possible to somehow save those settings of the map and import them to the other map? There is an import text function in editor, but I don't know what it does.

To give you a perspective, in short, what we want to do:

Disable artifacts (in short, you can't guess incorrectly):
Amulet of
Badge
Bird
Boots of Levitation (more)
Boots of Speed
Cards
Celestial
Clover
Crest
Emblem
Glyph
Golden
Helm Enlightment
Hourglass
Ladybird
Lion's
etc.

Disable skills:
Scouting
Eagle Eye
First Aid
Intelligence
Learning
Mysticism
Navigation (unless map has water)
Scholar

Disable spells:
Animate
Armageddon
Hypnotize
Implosion (unless it is not possible for might heroes to acquire insane SP&K)
Prot. Water/Fire
Ressurection (unless it is not possible for might heroes to acquire insane SP&K)
Scuttle/Summon Boat (unless map has water)
Town Portal
View Air
Water Walk
DD, Fly, TP

We are trying to enable as many as possible heroes, only Mullich, Gelu, Dracon are out of the question, by changing stats, skills, etc. Example:
Name ADSK Skill
Orrin 0011 BArchery
Christ. 3311 BLead Art, Ballista
Adela 0011 BDipl
Mephala 0001 BArm Lear Eag
Kyrre 0001 BLog Eag Ball
etc.

So we already did that for a few maps, but it's very time consuming. Is it possible to do it faster?

And the last things, if some spells are disabled on Map Specifications, but are enabled in Town properties, which has the priority?

I don't think you understood me. I asked is it possible to save those mentioned settings of the map and import them to the other map.

1)Export/Import txt will only work with events, not map settings. You have to do same consuming work each time, sorry.

But you really disabled all random aspect. May I ask why so many artefacts and skills are disabled? What disturb you for example the clover?


2)Maps settings have priority over town settings.

Until the balance mod for Heroes 3 is complete, which is still in it's dypers, i.e. a still incomplete list of all changes that will inclide, the only way to bypass some imbalances is as stated.

Ideally, Luck and Morale artifacts should go to Minor category, or the script will be made that will replace plenty of +morale/luck map objects. As it is now, Leadership and Luck are utterly useless skills in 90% of the cases because it is simply too easy to accumulate +3 of each. Only Leadership can be useful if Sorrow can get you into negatives, or you mix 3 or more towns.

Useless skills are a serious setback for magic heroes, they will be improved, but for now disabling them at least prevents "Eagle Eye or Mysticism" dillemas, which are relatively quite rare in might heroes (e.g. Ballistics or Artillery for Beastmaster).
