Who will move first on next round or turn, exactly?

First turn: Attacker with same total speed (including artifacts and other speed bonuses) or with higher speed moves first.

If one of the players has higher speed, he will move first, else player, who was NOT last moving in previous round, will move first in next round.

After "wait": same story, player, who was NOT last moving in previous round, will move first in next round.

Unblinded by time: as usual.

Blind:
unblinded by spell or hand-to-hand attack, creature becomes active as soon as it has higher speed than other creatures (or lower speed after "wait").

Ressurection: creature becomes active as soon as it has higher speed than other creatures. If another player has same speed, then he will get turn.

Sacrifice: creature becomes active as soon as it has higher speed than other creatures.

Slow: as usual. No difference if there was initial difference in speed e.g. Zealot (7) vs Marksman (6). If they have actual same speed (3) after Slow was casted, then they move as usual.

Important! Ballista shot and First Aid tent's healing is considered as player's turn! Even without Artillery or First Aid skills. First Aid tent moves after Ballista.

Example 1: both you and your opponent have Archangels, neither you nor your opponent "wait", last turn is at your opponent (so, your AA should move first next turn), but you have Ballista, it shots and your opponent's AA moves first next round.

Example 2: both you and your opponent have Archangels, neither you nor your opponent "wait", last turn is at your opponent (so, your AA should move first next turn), you have Ballista, it shots, your opponent has First Aid tent, it heals and your AA moves first next round.

Clone: cloned creatures move later.
Example 3: You have Archdevils and Sultans, both under Prayer spell. AD has speed 21, Sultans - speed 17. Now is move of AD and you cast "Clone" on them. Cloned devils have speed 17 too but will move after Sultans.

Ammo cart doesn't influence on turn queue.

Retaliation doesn't influence on turn queue.

I spent 3 hours today, making tests (SOD 3.2, hot seat)

Congratulations, because it's very informative.
I played this game for 5 years but I never knew exactely who will move first because I was too lazy to test.

What if a unit has moved, is killed and then resurrected the same turn? Can you move it again? What if it waits and then is killed?

To be of assistance, as I can recall, Maretti:

-if a unit makes a move (or gets bad morale) and is killed and resurrected it will not play again in the same round.
-if a unit waits and is killed during the wait phase it will come to turn as usual if resurrected before it's turn came in wait phase (speed wise). If resurrected after its turn already passed and faster creatures remained to play only, it will still act as soon as possible (read next).
The analogy applies if the unit is killed and resurrected in normal phase.

Nice post so far, probably known (to me at least), but I can't recall anything alike on HC. Deserves to be in strategy manual by all means, when finished.
