I don't think so.
The only difference is that the skeletons would make evil slower at start.

I think we must consider also the possibility of matches of lower members only, in which case evil is totally inert compared to the other two. In fact, good actually has an edge especially if the hero has tactics.

cent/mark/elf/sword >>> sprite/storm/fly/energy >>> skel/harp/cerb/vamp
Who else than evil would win this comparison anyway?

Well I've my money on good b/c of those shooters, which you can arrange with tactics. It would be difficult to breakdown the wall of centaurs and crusaders without higher lv units. And neutral can outwait evil, giving them extra hits before they clash. The dragonflies can be split to basically cast mass weakness.

This is all just talk anyway isn't it.

I think Neutral could do very well here.

You have fast and extremely powerful low-level troops, including a pair of shooters. You have a massive amount of blisteringly fast Level 7s (Phoenixes) and in the middle you have some of the specialist troops from Fortress and Stronghold.

In short, what happens is that the only weaknesses of an overpowered town are removed. That's why I'm backing Neutral on this, but I can't call between Good and Evil; obviously if skeleton/demon farm works it's GG, but Castle and Rampart can come out swinging a lot faster than Tower can.

My lineup would be for Neutral:
1) Sprites- speed and no retaliation plus huge numbers is too good to pass up.
2) Storm Elementals- incredibly tough, shooter, win-win. Alternatively Wolf Raiders for "alpha strike" theme.
3) Ice Elementals/Dragonflies- Tough call, whether to pack in a tough shooter with Ice or continue with the "alpha strike" theme and go with Dragonflies. I'm inclined towards the latter.
4) Basilisks, Energy Elementals are faster fliers but too weak and you will get Mass Haste off anyways.
5) Tbirds or Mighty Moos if the Moos can make it across the field in one turn while Mass Hasted. If they can't, go Tbirds for alpha strike.
6) Wyverns- Again, "alpha strike" plus you can build up reliable numbers of them.
7) Phoenixes- Always go first, ridiculous numbers of them, resurrection, win all around.

In short, what I'd try to do with Neutral is simply pour all over the enemy army Turn One before any of them can even react. If you can launch a devastating Alpha Strike with your entire army on a segment of theirs, you've pretty much already won the battle before it even started. Lack of shooters is not a problem because you can simply slaughter their shooters at close quarters. Neither of the other races can do this to Neutral because of Phoenix speed, and countering this would be exceedingly difficult because you'll have their entire army wailing on yours while only your fastest units can react in response.

The only real problem with this is the lack of any kind of true tanking unit, which means if you're attacking any really tough stacks  you could have some problems and focusing them will be a necessity.
