I have not really played any Star Wars game a lot but I there is going to be a Star Wars MMO (lol the publishers says they will beat WoW, they will be soooo disappointed)

Isn't that bit of a spam?If you want to talk about MMOs then create a thread about it  (Btw, the starwarsubermegajedimmo will be successful as microsoft's hand controlled nose picker without batteries).
I have played dark forces 1-2 (man, I still remember trying to figure out how to kill jerek for 2 days  )and mysteries of the sith.

Well, it goes without saying, but yes, I have played the Jedi Knight series, and I think the Jedi Academy one is the only because of the multiplayer engine.

I thought it was a Star Wars thread and that you maybe didnt know that "Knights of the Old Republic" would get sequel in the form of an MMO called "The Old Republic" and that its beign developed by Bioware. And you know that you dont need to read things that stands in "( )"... I just found it funny that any game says they can be WoW. Only three games can beat WoW and those are World of Starcraft, World of Diablo and World of Warcraft II.

on topic, yes these were great games, especially the second one. Jedi Knight I mean, not Kotor. Kotor is yet another story.

No, the "this game sucks cause it's not WoW" routine is stupid.

I played and enjoyed Jedi Knight 2.
I kept a save near the end and pulled it out once in a while for a 1 vs. 4 jedi lightsaber fight! Always good fun.

Yeah, I think that if Jedi Academy had real lightsaber wounds on, then it would be amazing. Somewhat short in the campaign though...

I played "Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight", but could never get into any of the latter SW FPS games. In Jedi knight 2 there was no dark/light choice and that kinda killed my will to play it, even tho it might be a good game (played for one hour total). At the time of Jedi Academy, my old computer couldn't handle such games so i skipped it as well.
Other memorable SW games I played are Kotor RPG-s and "Galactic Battlegrounds" RTS (very undervalued game, which had GREAT long campaigns and much content for any SW fan, yet got bashed because it took AoK engine which was actually not bad, but people never went further than first sentence "Game uses AoK engine." In any case it is much more interesting that latter RTS, EoW which had great graphics, but no content)

Xerox somehow finds a way, no matter how convoluted, to bring WoW into just about every discussion.
Amazing.
I had a Jedi game on Xbox a while ago where you just swung a light saber wildly to kill your opponent.
Whoever could move the joystick pad thing fastest wins.
