One of the biggest problems I see now adays is getting a good balanced town matchup and HERO matchup.. If you go all random... and are lucky enough to get towns that can compete with each other... then one guy gets Ossir or Ingvar... while other guy gets only crappy heroes... So end up with just as unbalanced of a game as you woud have had if you just went all random.

No imagine for a moment that WHEN you agreed to USE the Strike out system.. that in doing so.. you understood that you would be striking out the matchups BASED on BOTH the Hero and the town!!

Now you will beable to see that OSSIR vs. Raven matchup and strike it based on Bad Hero matchup etc.  But IMO that is where all the EXCITEMENT of the Strike out system comes in to play.. is knowing you have to USE what ever hero as your main that shows up in the strike out generation.

Otherwise I woulda say going all random would be just as easy.. Or pick towns and go random with heroes. No need for Strike out engine if noone gonna be BRAVE enough to use there generated Hero.

Just takes a bit more strategy and planning to make sure you strike out to get the best matchup is all.

I wont say which way is better - bottom line is agree with your opponent. I cant believe how we always have to argue what is better and make an issue of things.
I fully support your view that its fun to stay with your man Jinx, but i think its a matter of taste. We wont have any issues to agree though

yes.. thanx fiur and sami for making it fast and clean
I see 3 possibilities/views here, matter of choice as fraud said:

1_Original view - may pick another hero from tavern as main)
2_Hero view [aka as 'jinxer's trap'] - have to stick with generated hero as main
3_Fraction view - just strikeout towns, random hero at start

Option #1 and #3 are the same.

If your not gonna take the generated Hero as Main.... then you are really only striking towns... so no point in having the heroes there to begin with.

So its either Option #2 or #3

Honestly to each there own.. it is just always been a matter of Irritation for me to see people post there strike outs in forum... and they list as the Heroes.. when they really should be saying faction vs. faction... If you know your not gonna keep the hero.. please post your strike outs in faction form

I had hoped i could keep the matematics of this board, and at second thought i still will, Jinxer wouldnt understand the proofs anyways

Anyway, lets just conclude insa that you cant talk sense into sandbags and heroes playing hairdressers

So hows the voting mate, going democratic today? Obama good for business?
