At 4:51? No.
As to your law suit, Alloy, online or not, if it's a real case, some court is going to have jurisdiction over it. While I don't know any of the details of the suit, I highly doubt the incident arose out of any jurisdiction I reside in. Even so, if it is a real case, you should contact a local attorney for his input.
Out of curiosity, did you get a class action notice in your email?
