I stopped playing about 4-5 yrs ago.
It was just taking too much time.
Nothing beats those multi player games.
I had some great games, bad ones too.

It was fun but i admit, once Heroes 3 got played out.
It was just not the same anymore.

Well you just needed to go out there & play.
Game is also based on luck but mostly skill.

MSN Zone was the best place to get any games.
Many people & it was alot of fun.

I wish you all the best with your child Sach and I understand your position.

I dont know why I deserve a special thank but I appreciate it. I still remember that native jebus game where I broke 126. You seemed a bit shocked that time, hehe. Maybe you found out that time who the best hero of H3 is. At least your (former) avatar indicates it.

Thx mate, i quite remember most of games i played (the ones that deserve to be remembered) and that game was really a bit shock for me cuz i was way to behind in game (i was struggling to build for dragons when you broke lol).
Enjoyed a lot most of your games, looked at saves over and over again and i can say you got skills! Crag in your hands is a monster-killa
Take care, and maybe cya around for a chat sometimes!

If there would be a real h3 tourney again, something like TOH, i could see myself playing again...the game is old, but i never found another strategy game that soaked me in like h3.
But itīs not much fun without a real tourney.

I stopped playing because the heroes community went towards closed maps and I highly dislike them. Lately you play Closed maps or nothing. And of the several kinds of map it was the worst and most boring too me, sadly the most supported by the community.

Also I disagree with most of the rules used in online play. The random generator is horrible and make for even worse games.

I still watch the community from time to time. I'm really waiting for the VCMI project to finish and maybe then I will start a web page myself to support tourneys that holds maps and rules I find more fun than those used in most leagues and tourneys lately.

Ugh... a few reasons come to mind:

- 3 year old boy
- 7 month old boy
- Relentless nagging wife

I read somewhere on the other side forum how it was said in the bible that children that disobey their parents can get sent to the city to get stoned (this is only my interpretation)...

Is there any chance I can send my wife to downtown Plymouth for a good stoning?

Marettiolator!!

Everything is going well, just don't have much free time anymore. When I do, it is spent going to Chuck E Cheese, Cedar Point, Building a kids playscape, etc...

I do play H3 everyday... just single player for about 1 1/2 hours in the morning while I am drinking my coffee prior to work.  It is better than nothing, but not very challenging.  I think my gameplay has gotten much worse because of it.

Hopefully all is well with you too. From what I read, your H3 game hasn't been suffering any.
