Maybe is the peasant very usefull for Necromancers but from the view of a Barbarian (and many others) the peasant is the worst creature ever.

Yep, I agree. It doesn't matter if peasants are useful to necromancers..all low level creatures are. The creators should have given the peasants a special ability..like generating gold,ore,lumber..anything. They probably brought it back for the sake of old times

Pesants are absoulutly the worst. They are slow and have virtualy no health. you cant punish them for damage becouse 1k of them would probebly be able to kill something.
Wights are not great but they are flying and that is always a plus.
