Unfortunately I don't play multiplayer cuz I know no one here in my country that plays it  . But I'd like to start  preferebly with duels because I imagine playing in a map against a human is going to take loooooong.
How do you guys create armies that are bigger and better than the ones that come with the game for duels? Is there a place you download them or something?

Those are custom made naturally, you'd have to do it yourself or find someone else who can. But the editor is not so easy getting used to. Editing an existing map should be easier.

The thing is the elves also got tough creatures and good initiative (besides the good ranged units) so he pratically blocked any movement for you =X. Don't know why he did not spread the druids away from the archers though. Perhaps he forgot? Probably he knew he would block you anyway.
Oh and BTW how do you increase the level of a preset duel hero on the editor? My editor allows only lvl 15 (the field is greyed out).

Normally elves cannot go toe to toe with orcs, they need either extreme stats or some kind of magic booster - like dark here. Tough or not they just fall. And druids were intended to be there, a fear my roar and the arcanes would run like a scared girl - easy to be exposed. Here my superior initiave worked against bloodfire since corcoran was losing rage faster than he could gain it. And on top of that he wasn't using warcries to make the best out of it. A possible sylvan charge is the reason I avoid placing them on the front lines.
Not sure you can change the duel editor.

@corcoran, your suffering can be reduced by actually attacking more at the start (preferably with luck) with chieftains & earth daughters & after they move, even the gobs can attack? [fortune (& rage) favours the brave]
Sidenote (nothing to do with the replay as I believe it's perfectly ok to play without shatters sometimes (but always with luck) just to experiment): it seems maybe shat light is preferable to shat dark against syl/hav for stormwind & modifying effects of mass haste/endurance

Last year I made a MOD with level 20 presets HERE.

Don't usually see ppl using consume artifact, but it seens nice for that last stand!
Second:
Strangely, it crashes the game back to desktop. Are you using some specific arena that I need to download somewhere?

Yeah get zenithale's arena mod or put the duel map in your map folder. The one I posted in the thread's last page, version 0.98 MOD.

Awesome horrible fight with Radar.
Mentor messed with us big time. I wanted to try retribution and demons but mentor was against me. So ended up quite random build.
The match itself is filled with mistakes on both sides, more on mine.
But it was mad fun.
