in town building editor download
i found an interesting program on df2 forums (link), which allows you to add new buildings in town screen, but none of the links provided are working. maybye anybody of you know where this file is hosted, or can host it?

i think you should try to contact other people you see at your link, it's only a year ago, surely one of them is still active. I remember Morn being active in the HotA mod, maybe you could ask him
