Culinary Magic.
Grants Heroes the ability to cook food for their troops increasing stats overall. It is used as a spell, but takes up no magic, instead you have to make these foods before battle and give them to your soldiers beforehand like mini-artifacts, however, food is cheaper (usually) and only lasts for the next battle. You can also grant units snack bars and energy drinks during battle. If you feed a unit stack too much food, then they become slow and sluggish.
Basic: Gives you mastery over the Soups and Salads menu as well as the basic beverages and appetizers. Each item of food increases initiative of the unit by 5%.
Advanced: Gives you mastery over the Fried and Roasted menu as well as the light liquor and raw foods. Each item of food increases initiative of the unit by 10%.
Expert: Gives you mastery over the Deluxe and Vegetarian menu as well as heavy liquor and deserts. Each item of food increases initiative of the unit by 15%.

W00t i'm perfectly average. Dead center in the middle. 
Lets see. Since i think we may have to design perks for it i want a vague skill that leaves me open for ideas.
Pixie hater
Prereq - being Findan
Basic - All units except pixies get + 4000 health
Advanced - All units except pixies get +4000 initiative
Expert - Pixies get -1000 health
Perks
Pixies aren't cool anymore - When you take this perk all pixies become nerds.
Pixie hunter - Pixies are your favorite enemy always.
Pixie rage - Pixies turn orange.
Illusion
Prereq - Summoning
Basic - It costs 20% less to cast summoning spells.
Advanced - It costs 35% less to cast summoning spells.
Expert - It costs 50% less to cast summoning spells.

definitely a skill designed for pixies
Magic support
Increases the mana and spellpower of all the friendly spellcasters stacks.
Basic : +25% mana +12.5% spellpower
Advanced : +50% mana +25% spellpower
Expert : +100% mana +50% spellpower
I can easily think of perks too. next round?

Jeez, it'd be about time I'd get a qp. Been here for years, yet ignored. Hopefully this is my moment of glory.
As for heavy liquor increasing initiative by 15%, well, that's why you don't get them too much.

but it gives pixies speed 8 and 3-4 damage. which means they can perform a triple attack right at the start of a battle, before anyone else can move.

No, I didn't mean that. But I have been here for a while and has not received a single QP, whereas some others that have joined later than me (Lucky_Dwarf for example) has gotten a QP for seemingly nothing, but in all honesty I'm not too bummed about it. It's all good wit me, yo.

I said, "seemingly nothing", Azagal. I have seen people post the same ind of random stuff I do and get QP's for it. Especially when its just a random character sheet for an RP. Other stuff im not bummed about, that stuff is fine. They did well, and thats cool with me, but character sheets for RP's? Even when they are pretty average? Sorry, but that makes me want to go onto Xbox Live and destroy everything in Soulcalibur 4.

well, anyway it doesn't change the sylvan style a lot, since they already have the crystal dragon which destroys a whole army before anyone can move.

Berny..it is not about the character sheets, especially if you are talking about Kareeah. That was a way to reward her over all effort, which is substantial, for her assistence in running two of the most math heavy games. The Pokemon games. I did give a bunch of people, including yourself, qps for continued and overall effort. 
Now. I have a suggestion for something extra for this contest, one that would not only keep it alive for awhile, but maybe even make it a little more challenging. New unique skills, with perks for factions. Not only would you have to make a skill, but the perks that would go with that skill. Just a suggestion.
