Okay, a natural, I suppose:

Mountaineering
The hero acquires the ability to traverse mountains. This means, mountains are not impassable anymore, so Instantaneous Travel with a stop ON mountain regions becomes possible.
Moving onto a mountain square costs 600 movepoints (846 diagonally). This is a 500% penalty. Pathfinding has NO effect on this penalty, neither have the Boots of the Open Road.

No offense meant Fauch but what exactly do you gain from the your perk? It's not quite clear to me yet. I mean speed would be the same, no? Only that moving one tile would now result in moving two?

Terrain Cover
When any unit occupies a spot with an obstacle on it, they gain an added 50% defense bonus. If attacked with a non magical ranged attack, the enemy shooters have a 25% chance of missing.

Ambush!
Any unit that attacks an enemy unit from an obstacle, attack is increased by 50%. If the enemy unit is adjacent to the obstacle and your unit, that unit gains the no retaliation bonus for that attack (along with the initial +50% attack).

azagal : it enables you to position your stacks with more precision. for example, it makes it easier to block the enemy, even with small creatures, and whatever other uses you may find.

yes, but if there are 2 obstacles with 2 spaces between them, instead of using a large creature to block, you put a small creature in the middle, and it works too.

...may I join in this?

...If I may, I do this perks, for Round 26:

Skirmish: (not so creative, I know)
With this perk, your small creatures can move through friendly small creatures as If they were not existent, but they can NOT share their position so that units stand on the same fields NOR can they move through units on obstacles.
With Advanced Maneuverability, Large Creatures can move through friendly small creatures and vice versa.
With Expert Maneuverability, Large Creatures can Move through friendly Large Creatures.

Cover Tactics:
In the tactics phase(don't know if its called like that in english, the phase at the beginning of a battle, when you place your troops^^), you can place troops which can ignore obstacles on such obstacles within 5 squares further than your normal placement area. All rules of Maneuverability MUST be fulfilled (no troops "inside" obstacles, etc.)

swift strike

each stack of your army gains an activated ability allowing them to use only half of their atb to perform an action. if they do it, they will only have half of their movement points, deal half of their damage, the spells will be half as powerful, as well as the abilities (for example, if you stun an enemy stack, it will last half a turn instead of a whole turn. if you cast stoneskin with an elder druid, it will be +6 defense instead of +12, if 100 assassins poison an enemy, it will be 50 damage per turn instead of 100...)

All creatures in the hero's army gain +1 Initiative.

Breathing Room - Manuverability
Prereqs - None
The battlefield is extended 1 tile beyond its normal capacities. but these tiles behave as small obstacles. so only creatures with the maneuverability effect can use them

Flush Out - Manuverability
prereqs - none
You may move a creature into an obstacle where an enemy units is. This forces the enemy unit out (in a random direction). This can only be done if the unit is usually able to enter an obstacle.

actually, it doesn't seem so good. corrupt soil seems better for example. shouldn't it depend on the number of creatures setting the trap also?

Tactical Combat
For each stack that an enemy stack before its next turn gains 2 attack per previous attack on that stack.  Applies only against that enemy, and only for one attack.

(Ie first stack attacks normally, the next one attacks at with +2 attack, the next +4 attack, etc IF they hit the enemy stack before it gets an action.  It applies ONLY to that one attack..not for retaliations or future attacks.  It is very situational, but potentially very potent).

Wait..did I post this once before?  My memory stinks sometimes.
