What about eva (spelling?) from Snake Eater? Chun Li from Street fighter? Or Half the wrestlers in Rumble Roses?  ? As for the final fantasy girls, lots are hotter then hot, but so far my favorite is Aerith Gainsborough. Yes, she is not the sexiest of the women in all of final fantasy, but she has a certain..quality about her.
Of the ones listed so far, however, Yuna has my vote.

Aeris or Aerith if you prefer is not something i would go for. Sure she is as adorable as Rinoa and Yuna but she was bit too innosent, like a little sister.
I didn't forget Samus Aran, Lord of Chaos but she just aren't that great imo. Added her to the contest she deserved it.
Those wrestling chicks gotta go Mysty but Chun i added to list.
If something from Metal Gear it should be from the first game, Meryl was here name or something, nice a$$ i do remember that.
If you people suggest some ladies make sure they have some sex appeal. Don't say something like Jill Valentine she not THAT hot etc.

@Joonas: Leaved it out that nobody would nag about how much time it takes to load all pics but now i linked that pic to master post.
