The Cycles of Time (RPG)

"Well", started the demigod Hilaral, "...it's been a good round Amanda."

"Indeed it has Sir.", came the reply from the sentient computer, named Amanda.

Castle Hilaral stood at the highest mountain of Omega III, an ice cold planet completely incapable of supporting life. This, perhaps, is what drove Hilaral to settle there after the last Great War.

You see, every Cycle it was the same thing. Good fought Evil. Good conquered Evil. Bang! Nothing. Then...another bang! The universe is reborn. And so forth. It is like a game created by the Creator Being for pleasure.

Lumoi, the Goddess of Good and Umbroi, the God of Evil were also reborn in this big bang, as were the planets and stars of the universe.

The only thing that stood was Castle Hilaral, made of refined Lumite, and immune to the Cycles.

---

Hilaral: It is done.

Amanda: It is. Welcome to the fifth Cycle, Sir.

Hilaral smiles slightly and says:

"And now I get to be alone for countless millenia while the universe repopulates."

Amanda retorts:

"I resent that, Sir."

Hilaral chuckles and corrects himself:

"Ok, almost alone."

For hundreds of years, he waited. He saw the universe's first signs of life. Microorganisms of all kinds, having evolved from lifeless proteins, started to exist.

So he waited. Umbroi would make his first move sooner than later, probably by hyper-evolving the organisms that he considered most effective to commence his vile Great War.

((Will add more soon. Feel free to narrate the passage of time on your planet and how your race started to exist, etc. etc. etc. ))

Life n the planet Helion was about to emerge. For millenia, great quakes ripped the earth asunder, followed by great storms and raining, always raining. When the atmosphere was empty, two suns would appear on the horizon. They would seem to turn around the planet crisscross, drying the earth and forming a solid layer on which earthquakes became an abnormality.

The colours of the suns would dash the skies in vibrant colours and pierce the great dark oceans were life would come to exist in a pure form, the form of wriggling little cells that spliced and spliced and spliced, until things started to become more complicated...

In a solar system in a galaxy somewhere in this wicked univers planets was formed around a sun shining bright. Among those planets there was formed one who was ended up called Kankling one day far into the future. But Kankling itself was a lifeless planet, only filled with several beings on the lowest level of life who could not evolve any further for the time being. Well there was life that evolved in its way, vile almost formless creatures consuming each other rapidly. When one race was exterminated another one showed up, and it continued in cycles for as long as the planet existed. No intelligent life ever formed there, and no life could leave the place for other planets. Kankling the brown planet.
But Kankling was not where life really evolved, life evolved at Kanklings 8 moons. Each of them had water, air, and the little unstability to allow nature to roam free waiting for the dominant species.

At a rather peculiar solar-system life is being created.

Three stars revolve around each other, causing the planets around it to have no thing like night, only moments of less or more brightness as the stars shine upon their surface.

Four planets exist in the system.

One laid barren to the fiery heat of the stars, causing a hot wasteland were nearly no life will ever sprout.

On another the surface of the planet is covered in seas, were aquatic will start to prosper in a short time.

The third is unstable and a showcase of nature's wrath. Here life will grow up, and forced to adapt to the circumstances. Volcanoes will always roar, accompanied by fearsome hurricanes and massive earthquakes.

On the fourth however, life will evolve more violently than on the other planets. Causing a massive number of species evolving. However, all is not as well as it should be.....

Only a tiny fraction of the planets in our bleak Universe have the potential for life; fewer still actually end up realizing this potential. In this last category rests Ssethri, currently a lifeless rock. From Ssethri will arise not one, but two distinct intelligent spacefaring races. Of course, before all this happens, photosynthesis has to evolve - and that's exactly what photosynthesis was in the process of doing. Forests rose from the ground; not the small wooden poles of Earth, but vast, spreading metallic constructions.

Ssethri is ready. Ssethri is ready for animal life.

On a murky, swampy planet orbiting a newly-minted sun, life is emerging.

Algae is taking on more complex, substantial form, becoming plants with flat, oft-floating roots and wax-like bark to keep out the excessive wet. Primitive birds are evolving, as are the smaller scaled and frog-like creatures that serve as their prey.

There is even something that might, some day, become what would be considered a civilized species; they are roughly bipedal, faintly amphibious and about four feet high, with coloration ranging throughout the spectrum of cool colors but always tending towards the grayish side, to match the local mud. They are becoming an accomplished race already…but our story does not begin with them.

Our story begins in a small, shallow pool a few hours’ walk from one of their tiny collection of mud huts. In this pool lives a tiny microorganism, and by this pool, one of the local avianoids spears a small amphibian for its supper, sending blood droplets scattering across the surface with its beak.

A few of the tiny forms encounter the spilled blood, and with it, they discover…

Life.

1 million years passed.

According to the knowledge gleamed from previous cycles, life should still be in its initial forms.

However...Hilaral knew that this was not to be.
A scan of Terra, the third planet in a solar system far away from Omega III, proved this.

Dinosaurs roamed the land, which made absolutely no sense unless...

Hilaral's eyes gleamed in the way they usually did when he figured something important out.

"Amanda! Scan the area around Terra for signs of Umbrite."

The computer followed the order, not understanding the full gravity of the situation.

"Scan complete. Traces of Umbrite detected in the asteroid belt."

Hilaral smirked as he spat:

"Darned Umbroi."
--------------------
As you see, Umbrite is highly mutagenic. That is, it has the ability to cause mutations in organisms it comes into contact with. Also, it explodes if it enters contact with Lumite.

Umbroi is using the Umbrite to cause hyper-evolution in organisms he believes can help him win this Cycle's Great War.
--------------------
The computer listened as Hilaral assessed the situation.

Suddenly,

BOOM!

A loud explosion, accompanied by the activation of the castle's alarm system.

Amanda said:

"We are under attack!"

Hilaral was in disbelief as he replied:

"Put up the shields now!"

A few seconds later, Amanda spoke again:

"Sir, the attacker is requesting the opening of a communication channel."

Hilaral gives the order to open communications with the attacker.

"Good day, Hilaral...", came the slimy voice, "...are you well?"

Hilaral retorts:

"I don't have time for this chit-chat. What do you want?"

Voice: Such poor manners. I expected better from the son of the Goddess Lumoi.

Amanda scans the source of the attack. It is a ship made out of pure Umbrite. The source of the damage was an Umbrite Missile.

Hilaral: So, humor me this. How do you make a ship out of Umbrite, weapons out of Umbrite, learn how to travel in space, and find me, all in under 2 million years?

The owner of the voice, a strange beast made out of pure slime, replied:

"Wouldn't you like to know? Also, I thought you had more imagination than this."

Hilaral snorts and says:

"You should stop acting like you know me."

Time passed, and Kakling was as lifeless and wild as ever. Kakling the brown planet.
After some time a giantic meteor from somewhere arrived at Kakling and crashed into the planet causing chaos and mayhem, however there would and will always be chaos and mayhem at Kakling so its not really anything that altered history. The meteor at the size of a small moon was made of  Umbrite, whos power was it so send it and get it over with? None really cared, or atleast none had evolved far enogh to really care.

The power of the Umbrite affected Kaklings 8 lifestrong moons, but that was not what ended up affecting the evolution that much. Or atleast of what the people who would come could tell.
After quite a while, somewhere close to 1 million years of time one of the lesser races of moon Hirin got the power of consuming other races and implent their abilitys into their DNA. Who really knew, would it have happend eventually or was it because of the  Umbrite?
This race, who was to be named the Exodus some time in the future. The Exodus started to absorb other semi-dumb species and evolved rapid from 1 generation to another, they even consumed each other at points resulting in a more rapid evolution.
At some point they started to learn how to remove genetic faults or things that was not needed, and casted away some of the more bizzare things they had aquired over the years, such as hair and too many legs. They where still short lived, they did not last more than 22 years before they died of age.

On the other moons, life was also affected. But unlike Hirin none of the other moons got a dominant specie nor any race that had any special abilitys besides magic.

Disaster has struck the local amphibianoid population. The water, the same water that cradled the evolution of their race, the same water they depend on for the continuation of their species, is killing them.

Though for the time being it is isolated, where the microorganism does exist, it is everywhere. The blood spilled so long ago proved to have a much higher nutritional value than the cloudy swamp water, and as a result the microorganism, still nameless, has adapted to thrive on it. To that end, it has begun infiltrating the systems of every suitable living thing that comes into contact with the water—which, on a planet composed of so much swampland, is nearly everywhere. The fish and most of the local birds are different enough from that first taste of blood to be immune, at least for now. But the amphibians, including the hut-dwellers, are not so lucky.

As the hut-dwellers must spend much of their time in the water, it is inevitable that in the infected region many individuals have become sick. Some of the weaker individuals have even died, their blood being destroyed and devoured from the inside, causing them to waste away into queerly dry husks.

But the immune systems of the adults are enough to fend off the organism in most cases. The true danger lies in the fate of their eggs—the eggs are simple and helpless, and cannot survive outside of water: the microorganism attacks the tiny blood vessels within, causing the eggs to turn cloudy, shrivel, and die.

To their credit, the hut-dwellers in the afflicted area are catching on. The infected pools—marked by the floating cornflake-like shells of the eggs that died within, and the occasional amphibious corpse—are avoided with a fervor that is fast becoming the basis of their first religion.

But the problem is spreading. The microorganism, though waterborne, is capable of existing in the tiny droplets of water that make up the swampland fog, and though the non-amphibious life forms are immune, they can still transport the infected water farther from its source. Eventually, the entire valley in which the organism originated is abandoned by the hut-dwellers, who move up into the higher, somewhat drier mountains.

((From my other post a few above this one))

The slime thing stared at Hilaral for a moment and ordered:

"Fire the Missile!"

Hilaral then relayed an order of his own:

"Amanda, open the weapon bays!"

What most didn't know about Hilaral's Castle was that it was, in all reality, a ship. It had not functioned as such since the middle of the last Cycle. However, it was well equipped to take out any enemies he could encounter.

The weapon bays opened up to reveal laser cannons. Cheap, but effective weapons.

BOOM!

Another Missile hit.

Hilaral asked:

"Amanda! Didn't I say to..."

Amanda second-guesses Hilaral and answers:

"Sir, the shields have been up this whole time. The missile went right through them."

Hilaral just stared at the computer screen as the hostile re-initiated contact:

"Surprised? Well, it was just a matter of adding a little magnetizer to each missile to throw off the energy waves from the shield."

Hilaral: Who are you?

Slime: You will never know. You will pay for what you did to me last Cycle!

Hilaral: Oh, you must be one of those Chosen of Umbroi. So many of them, which one were you? *smirk*

Slime: Silence!

Hilaral hears another order to launch a missile. He looks at the computer and slowly says:

"Drop the shield and fire back!"

The laser cannons start shooting. The hostile ship takes damage, but it is far from destroyed. Another missile hits the castle.

Amanda: Sir...

Hilaral: I know, we're taking heavy damage. Hold on, I'm going to improvise.

Slime: Oh please, what ever will you do now?

Hilaral: *smirk* Amanda! Focus fire on the engines!

As the laser cannons focused fire on the engines, the ship started turning to protect its vulnerable backside.

Slime: What an amateur strategy.

Hilaral: Or is it? Amanda!

Amanda: Yes Sir?

Hilaral: Fire the Lumite Missile!

Slime: You're bluffing!

Hilaral: Or am I?

The top part of the castle opens up to reveal a missile bay. As the golden missile appears, the slime creature orders it destroyed before it can fire.

Hilaral then stares at the vile thing and retorts:

"Oh no you don't! You forget who I am!"

As the next Umbrite missile is fired, Hilaral focuses himself and creates a shield of divine energy. The missile collides forcefully with the shield and is destroyed. Hilaral takes a knee as blood starts coming out of his nose. He then coughs up some blood as Amanda asks:

"Are you okay, Sir?"

Hilaral then smiles slightly and responds:

"I'll live. On the other hand that ship..."

The Lumite missile is fired. Thanks to the change in the ship's position, the missile hits dead-on and, like a bodkin arrow, pierces right through the armor, then the hull of the entire vessel, destroying it in one fell swoop.

Hilaral then sits down on his chair, exhausted and remarks:

"Wow, I hope this doesn't mark the start of the Great War. I was hoping for a few million more years of respite."

Hilaral then congratulates Amanda on a job well done and continues monitoring evolution on other planets.

The first sign of life in the fourth planet in the system was a one-cell entity in the sea. This then reproduced rapidly ahead of the other one-cells that started to exist behind it.

Only after a couple of years the entity was strong enough to start to devour the other entities. After yet another couple of years the entity had devoured half the rest of the species. By then plant-life on ground-level had already been prospering, resulting in numerous amounts of different plant. The first trees was already on the way.

At that point the before one-cell had grown to the kind of size to be able to feed on the minor amounts of weed that grew in the ocean. The other live things was too small to feed on.

At this point it started to reproduce.....

The animals of Ssethri are small, four-limbed tree-climbers; they vaguely resemble Earth's squirrels, except that they are hairless and copper-green - not quite reptilian, not exactly mammalian. Small flaps of skin stretch from the backs of their arms to their bodies, and instead of front feet they have long, curved blade-like protrusions.

In their heads they differ most from the squirrels of Earth. Elaborate natural helmets of bone resemble jaws; no eyes are present.

They live peacefully, depending on the strangely metallic sap they suck from the massive trees for sustenance; as of yet, no predators have evolved to challenge their way of life. They are extremely social beings, communicating via clicks and chirps. Their social groups have no leaders, nor do they have a need for one; there is no conflict, no war.

Change is coming - but not by the claw of any hunter or carnivore.

Cold is coming. Ice is coming.

Somewhere in the universe in some sun system:((Yes I'm very spesific so spesific that you should be able to find me now... within a time span of infinite))

In an unamed system there is two planets. There is not much that is so special about those two planets and their so diffrent that it's incredible.

One of the planets called Marava is a scourching fire planet with a temprature so high that there exist no living creatures on it. This planet is quite small

The other one is called Warava is a water planet filled with diffrent water life forms and is quite big compared to Marava.

These two planets are so much diffrent from one another, that one would think that they share nothing in common, but they do. What they share in common is the fact that both planets circle in the exact same cicle around the sun.

This fact would normally been harmless, if it was not for the other fact that Marava((small lava planet)) moved faster around the sun than Warava. The speed was not to diffrent, but it was diffrent, because this meant that one day, no matter how far into the future it was, Marava and Warava would crash.

Prologue: Council
Part 1

The Silver Spires.

A greater city had never been seen in the world of Sceracion. Although the city seemed small outside, it stretched far underground too.
For a normal eye, the Spires appeared to be several miles high - but that was not the case.
No, the Spires of the mighty mage-city were merely an illusion weaved by the Wizards of the city. The illusion had been made to both show the supremacy of the Snow Elven race and to scare off powerful enemies to attack it.

The Silver Spires sat high upon the roof of the world, were few interesting speices lived. One could think that it must be very cold to live on such heights, but that was not the case either.
In the middle of the city there was one spire that was higher then the others. The Oracle Spire.
In ancient times the Marmeidan race had begun to built on the Spire over an powerful crystal, filled with arcane energies.
The Oracle Spire had been erected upon this huge crystal and had been built like a wand.

Just like a wand in the world of Sceracion, there was a power source (usually in the shape of a crystal or gem) at the end of it. The power source made the magicans spells stronger and more precise. At the top of a wand, and at the top of the Oracle Spire, the magical enegies siphoned out and spells were shoot from.

The Oracle Spire worked just like this. Deep underneath the city the huge powercrystal was guarded and the Spire was used to siphon the energies to the top.
The powerful arcane energies had made the Snow Elves one of the most powerful races in the world and had changed their both outer and inner appearance.

Once an aquatic race from the Azuremist Ocean, they had sensed the power of the buried crystal. Now they had no aquatic features left. Instead they were a tall race with long hair and sometimes very pale faces. Still, they were beautiful and grand.
They were thin but still strong and had sizeable ears, around 10-15 centimeters in length.
But the most interesting feature on this mystical Elves, was that there eyes glowed in a blue color like the heavens and that they seemed surroanded by an arcane aura.
Some of the Snow Elves even looked terrifying, having magical energies siphoning out of their eyes and mouth all the time resulting in that they could never close their mouth or eyes.
The last feature was that they had little hair except on the face and very long eyebrows, almost as tall as their own ears.

The Silver Spires was not could as one could except, but the huge flow of magical energies there made the temperature nice while still keeping the snow and ice.
Although the name seemed to reveal that the Silver Spires were made of silver or had a silverish color, they were made of a material resembling white marble.
The Snow Elves kept the name secret as it was a very useable and strong material, but those few other races that had came to the magocracy called it "Moonstone".

Even though the city was busy with many things, the elven diplomant Faerlon and the elven ambassdor Vyltar were terribly bored. They had nothing to do this day, not even talking to the local Myxx tribes who resembled humanoid muskoxes.

As they had nothing important to do, they to challenge each other in a mage-duel.
They were silent and as usual in mage duels they conjured a magical barrier to protect themself from damage.
They stepped around five meters away from each other and then the duel was to begin in five seconds. During these five seconds they had to empower themself with beneficial spells.
Each second seemed like an eternity to Faerlon, even though he was immortal due living close to such powerful energies for a long time. Vyltar used spellfire in combat while Faerlon drained elemental powers.
Suddenly they turned around.

- Pyrodac! a huge sphere of fire emerged from Vyltars wand.
- Azurmat! yelled Faerlon, summoning a huge wall of magical ice to block Vyltars fireball.
But Faerlon had been unsecure of Vyltars action and his Icewall had been more weakened.
As they both prepared their next move, Vyltars Fireball crushed Faerlons Icewall and striked him at the head. Faerlons spell was interupted and yet another powerful Fireball hit him. This time he feel down to the warm moonstone floor.
Vyltar finished the fight with sending several barrages of arcane shards.

- And you call yourself a wizard! Vyltar laughed.
- I was not prepared! answered the defeated mage to his companion.
- You are lucky to be a simple diplomat, the battle-magi would probably laugh at you all day long! he mocked Faerlon.
- That was not funny! Faerlon was obviously angry when he secretly started to cast a deadly spell at the shieldless Vyltar. But he got interuppted by a young elven lady who teleported to their location. She had beautiful pale blond hair and an robe of azure.
- You have a mission, she reported.

--cosmic catch up--

--somewhere in the universe a new system is born, a bright yellow sun forming in its centre, with five planets orbiting it, each with two moons... there is nothing particularly special about the system, just one among trillion others than formed during the same time, except for one tiny detail--
--near the sun is a small rift, just large enough for wandering space-travellers to see a strange planet on the other side, more accurately what looks like the remains of a planet that someone blew up aeons ago but somehow managed to retain some of the original atmosphere, a glowing green sphere shoots from the planet's surface and crosses the rift, burrying itself in the core of the sun--

--juat a tick of the cosmic clock later the system, now known as Taulan, is well beyond its infancy, the five planets have grown and evolved, races have lived and died on them, species appeared and disappeared... till it reaches its present state--

The planets of Taulan
Tacinea: the planet closest to the sun is a volcanic hell that supports next to no life, its surface covered with rivers of lava and vast deserts. most species on the planet have evolved to rely on the bodily fluids of others in order to survive, making the food chain rather complicated and brutally efficient. whole species vanish overnight as a result of another eruption or the actions of the dominant race on the planet.
Kerr-Tassad: a rather peculiar planet split in half, the side that faces the sun is almost as hot as the surface of Tacinea, covered in volcanoes and tall mountains,  with toxic fumes and ash clouds covering the sky, the dark side is quite cold and so smooth its almost as if someone polished it to perfection. its hard to imagine anything can survive in such conditions
Vicipus: a perfect planet for the outburst of life, green and blue, with lush jungles and vast oceans. the number of species on it surmounts that of all of the other planets combined and the dominant race seems to be one of the most evolved in the system, shaping their environment as they see fit and often using the lesser species for various tasks that would otherwise be impossible
Anmorkh: not much is known for this planet except that for milenia, one of its islands has been used as burial grounds for the dominant races of nearby planets without pause. considered sacred by many, there has never been a recorded incident of violence there, enforcing the grave serenity of the outlandish scenery, endless steppes sit next to tropic jungles and its many mountains are only disturbed by the nearly-frozen waterfalls
Aeteus: a frozen planet, long ago devastated by nuclear holocaust. among the ruins of cilizations lost, mutated species survive, as a strange side effect, the once barren planet now has quite a few jungles, even though the plantlife has adjusted to life in arctic conditions. some believe the vast majority of life on the planet is actually under the frozen surface

The dominant races of Taulan
Drakan: living on the surface of Tacinea, this reptilian race is warlike and hostile to everyone, including their own kind. constantly at war and trying to conquer new territories, they are uncompromising and will even attack those that would otherwise serve them willingly. the only way to give them pause is to outgun them

Eldarin: living on the surface of Vicipus, this avian race is crafty and prefer to work through problems with logic rather than force. not afraid to use arms when needed, they generally prefer a more passive solution, especially when it comes to races they have not encountered before. of all the races of Taulan, they seem to be the only ones able to see the "bigger picture"

Orkhid: living in the vast tunnel network under the surface of Aeteus, this insectoid race is the result of many a mutation and adaptation to a harsh living environment. strangely enough, they appear to be almost unable to be hostile or violent. operating under the guidance of a hive mind, they seek to absorb into their society whoever is willing to, hiding from hostile forces. those few that evolve into individuality are considered prophets

The societys of the other planets evolved in a rapid pace they to now, indeed different from the savage Exodus from Hirin.
The socityes was heavly magic for the most, and there was several intelligent magic species with different aperrences of different ways of communicating. The species entered a supreme war for domination on each moon, that is beside Altetel'a and Hirin. The wars raged for more than ages, it was worse than Kakling at times.

On Bi'thin, the 4th closest to Kakling the war ended. The Dunmeria had allied with the Meoweos and R'ros and together they managed to exterminate the other intelligent species, but the society they created was somewhat unstable filled with great racisme. The Dunmeria with their tall boneless bodys and shoots out small limbs for whenever they need it and their green glowing heads living of only meat. Meat from living animals.
The Meoweos whom are a being that is in 3 parts randomly moving these 3 parts around to move and with their transparant yellowish bodys, and they ate litteraly everything. Atleast everything they did not bother to experiment madly with first.
And the R'ros with their a kind of skeleton as skin covering their body of 5 limbs centering around a core where the head was. Their skelton skin reflected like a mirror, with a small shine of it. They usually ate plants and rarly animals.
After a civil war betwhen the 3 race the R'ros decided to leave the planet since they would be exterminated if they stayed, and they already had found out the other moons supported life. Using magic to seal the air within a stone bubble they crafterd and they climbed on and aimed on the closest moon, and their exodus began. They landed on Hirin.

Several centuries after landing the R'ros now thought they was the dominant species of the planet. However as they expanded towards the moons south magnetic pool they encountered the Exodus for the first time. The small war started and the R'ros was exterminated within a century, despise the Exodus lacked magicka and brains. The previus savage Exodus had evolved due their absorbing of the R'ros and reached a state of thought, also a they now lived 45 years instead of mere 22 years. Also they now even questioned their existence and decided take controll over Hirin.
Over the proces of another several centurys the  Exodus grew from being only several thousend to a number of half a million induviduals. They created councils and rules the planet.

A tribe of the called "the Black Parade" of the Exodus, decided to go and se the other planets and seek perfection trough consuming. Using the same methode as the R'ros has used to come to Hirin early they traveled to the planet 2nd closest to Kakling and exterminated the other species during a course of 484 years. They had become smarter yet again and they was no longer Exodus, but Blacks a they where to be called. These Blacks also had a livespawn of mere 188 years, and now that they was the sole specie left they now instead created portals to all other moons than Altetel'a, the planet they could not reach for some reason. They systematic exterminated or become superior to all other species they encountered, and each planet become its own tribe with numbers close to millions on each.
The now superior to all Blacks awaited another specie to consume or fight, the sad truth was that it happened.

On Altetel'a there had really been no wars, only a wild fight in the begynning of the creation. On this planet there was 1 specie roaming around: Keros. Keroes lived of water and sunlight in a photo syntesis, and they had because of that exterminated every specie that had bothered them. This specie was also ageless, they did not feel the times tooth.
They where big and a somewhat humanoid apperence with a green mass growing out of them similar to leafs on trees, with a pink massive solid skin.
As they learned magic some bright head somewhere had decided to create a shield that would block the races of the other moons to get to Altetlel'a. The Keroe breeded betwhen 2 and was genderless resulting in a bizzare fusion while they created the offspring, someting also viewed as a great cermony of pleasure.

The young ones united in a group to travel ther other moons for the sake of doing it, every one of them under the age of a millenia. These youngsters created a teleport out of their planet after weaking the shield, and they encountered the Black quickly afterwards. The Keros lost this battle, but when a week after the Blacks had aborbed them things started to happen: Every single one of the Blacks felt extremely ill and after a short while they completly altered, the Keroes had corruped the absorbers body resulting in a slow fusion.
They reverted into a more humanoid apperence with a special halfway transparant green shells over someting that looked skin with a color that looked like the shades of grey. They now was shining weakly green in the darkness like radiation from a barrel.
The Keroes become the mind and the soul of this new creature, while losing several traits such as magickal manipulation such as using a source become impossible.
But the merge also had other advantages:
The body now stored greater amounts of spirital powers and sustained itself with it. This new mutation and merge allowed them to float and soon soar into the sky, some of the more powerfull ones could even create enery waves of their power that would explore when hitting someting, they had such controll over it that they could manipulate their own midair. They had also received a little bit of the Blacks lust for blood.
Blessed with these new abiltys they used the rock methode to go back to Altetel'a, after exterminating all the Blacks on the moon they landed on that is. Middle trough the empty space the air bubble went out and they feared death, however they survived without air or oxygen. However they would not regain their powers, but they could travel in space without air or ships it proved.
Arriving Altetel'a with their discovery, the elder council went into a war ending up with the remaining Kuros fused and the new race called themself For'ring.
And For'ring was as far as the evolution had gone, it would not progress beyond that.

The Sun System "Cralsa": Is a sun sytem that consist of 7 planets and a rather huge Sun.

Crasla: The name of the sun, the sun system is also called Crasla.

Lard: The planet most closest to Crasla. This small melting rock of an planet is so close to the sun that it grows smaller and smaller, apparently it "melts away". This is the smallest of the 7 planets.

Eral: The second most closest planet to Crasla. This planet is a small, burning rock. The Third most smallest planet in Crasla.

Odralen: The third most closest planet to Crasla. Just as Eral it's a burning planet. Fifth smallest planet.

Dralakar: The fourth most closest planet to Crasla. This planet is a dessert planet which might be capable of holding life. Around it is a huge belt of meteors and moons. This planet is the biggest planet in the system, Crasla.

Perlon: The fourth most closest planet to Crasla. Perlon is a huge gas planet which is steadily growing in size for some unknown reason. Got no meteors or moons around it as the gravity of the planet pulls them all in. The third most biggest planet

Farlakama: The planet furtherst away from Crasla. Farlakama is an ice planet and is the fourth smallest planet in the system. It might be capable of holding life that can handle very much cold.

Warava: A water planet with comfirmed life forms on it. It is, along with Marava, the fifth/sixth planets closest of the sun Crasla. The two planets move in same orbit around the sun, but Marava moves faster, thus the two planets will one day crash. Warava is also the second biggest planet in the system.

Marava: A molten lava planet like Eral and Odralen(and Lard, but not so extreme). It is, along with Warava, the fifth/sixth planets closest of the sun Crasla. The two planets move in same orbit around the sun, but Marava moves faster, thus the two planets will one day crash. Warava is also the second smallest planet in the system.

Warava before the crash: Warava had evolved life forms that lived in either air or water, or even both.

List of noteable species on Warava before the crash:

Wanormi:
Lenght: 26-30m(full grown)
Height: 12-16m(full grown)
wide: 18-20(excluding wings, full grown)
Description: The most fearsome creature living on Warava. This creature strongly resembled giantical earth crocodiles with wings and eight legs and blue-white skin and had protective shells covering their body. These creatures live on meat and was the terror of both the sea and the sky. Their shear size was enough to make them dangerous, but adding claws and sharp teeths the size of cows and having their hard shells at the same time, these creatures was equal to undefeatable. luckily there were quite few of these creatures, and they seemed to be rather stupid.

Musante:
Apperance: Linky. It kinda looks like a spider/octopus with tentacles(lots of tentacles). It's "blind" the weird green color spot at its head is it's "eye" which it can see things with because of the psychic abilties the Musante got. It does no require to eat or drink, it takes up "food" from the water around it with the grey spots all on it. The red markings makes them able to breath. The "ear" like things on it's head is what gives it telekinetical abilties, or atleast makes them able to control them and concentrate them.
Description: The specie that seems like the most intelligent out of the Warava creatures. They got telekinetical and psychicall abilities and moves fast in water. They don't eat(as said before) and is not such an agressive specie, but if threatened they use their telekinesis or psychical abilities to protect themself by either moving the enemy, throw things on them, or convince them to move elsewhere. The Musante speices have already managed to estaplise something which might be considered a society underwhater and use their telekinesis abilities to make homes for themself.

There is also quite alot of other speices on the planet of Warava, but none of them is that important as they are mostely like wild animals.

OOC: And I'm tired and have been writing for hours, and will take a break. Might edit later on again.

Council
Part 2

Magic in Sceracion was natural among several races, including humans although they werent aware of it.
Magic came from the two twinstones, one of them is located under the Northpole and underneath the Silver Spires.
These stones spread out an network of power, called ley-lines. A spellcaster would drain or tap the leyline power, called Vei Energies among the Snow Elves.

A caster did not need to yell or whisper words of power when they casted a spell, but in doing so it gave a feeling of power and newbie apprentice mages found it easier to do so.
You also did not need a wand, although it was easier to channel magic through a wand then through your hand or fingertips.
Expensive wands also empowered your spells or contained additional mana.

Mana is an purified form of Vei energies. Unlike Vei, which causes the spells, mana is the power used to cast them.
If a caster runs out of mana and attempts to cast an spell, it will hurt him and its a high possibility that he will kill himself.

Anyway, Faerlon and Vyltar had finally got a mission and were quick to seek out a the cities leading council - The Aitris, the Chosen.
There were seven members in the Council and the youngest one was a little girl, barely six years old.
Her name was Nova.

Children were rare among the Snow Elves as they were immortal and didnt feel a need to produce children to ensure their race survival. Still, children were revered among them and Nova was indeed a very gifted child.

Once before Vyltar and his companion had seeked out the Aitris. Then it had been a very important mission about trying to find the last dragons. However, the mission failed and many had lost trust in Faerlon and Vyltar.
They knew the way to the Aitris chamber. It was hidden, but not to hard to figure out.
They entered the grand Oracle Spire and saw the sphere of Vei energy on top of it. They turned left and took the spiral stairs down. Inside the spire there was a very long hole in the middle were one could both see and feel the awesome energies comming from the Powerstone.

It was a long very long way to go down, so the two simply took one of the common Teleportation Circles and some seconds later, they stood in front of the huge Powerstone.
Shining like a diamond and surroanded by a shell of Vei energy, one could really feel the power.
Faerlon whispered a spell which would reveal yet another Teleportation Circle which would teleport them into the Stone itself. After a couple of tries, the Teleportation Circle revealed itself right in front of their eyes.

Suddenlt, they found themself inside the stone itself. Walking through a small passage, they saw how the Seven sat down in a circle with pillars holding the roof up, and reading prophecies from the Oracle. Because the energy within the Spire lived and was so powerful that it had turned to a type of beign.
Only referred as the Oracle, it sometimes chosed a Snow Elven body and made it its avatar so that it could communicate with the Elves easier when the Seven failed.

The seven seers were four men, one girl and two women.
Mendo was the eldest of them and was an very wise man with a long white beard.
Nova was the gifted, but a little creepy, girl.
Malena was one of the two women. She had pretty long hair and was redhaired, which was uncommon among Snow Elves.
Aladar was a young handsome man with also pretty long blond hair.
Tera was the second woman and had curly white hair and a beautiful azure dress.
The two other males were Caiel and Andros.

They didnt notice Vyltar and Faerlon, and they both listened on the prophercies.

- What do you see? the Council asked Malena.
- I see a little girl running down the hill, shouting to her parents to run. She and her family are humans and from the forests behind her an army of Dagharls are marching. A few minutes pass and the Dagharls leaves the little girls house bloody with the smell of death.
   - What do you see? the Council asked Andros.
- I see men taking up swords and shields to fight each other. People protesting are slain and a nation is shattered by the cries of old hatreds, answered the man with a dark and thundering voice.
- What do you see? the Council asked the little gifted girl Nova.
- I see fire, blood and tears. I see war, death and agony. I see darkness, terror and hear them scream. I see a nation die and the very shadow of doom rising up in the land.
    - What do you see, asked the council to the last member, Tera.
- I see two young men standing right behind us.
And so they all opened their glowing creepy eyes and all said;
- Welcome, we foresaw this.

- Im sorry if we disturbed you, said Faerlon polite.
- Now, the Cycle of Time flows correct, Mendo said.
- Well... thats good to hear atleast, answered Vyltar.
- Patience, young one. This day, an old hatred grows and the seeds of desturction are laid on the nation of Aetra, land of humans. Many wars will soon tear the land and humanity assunder, said Mendo again with his calm and yet deep voice. He didnt even look at the two.
- Indeed, it would be a terrible shame to see such an potential race be exterminated. We all know that they absolutly wont destroy us all in the end anyway, said Nova with a sceptic voice. Vyltar and Faerlon had never heard her speak before and were a bit creeped out. Nova spoke just like an adult and looked so serious and mature.

- Nova! Dont say that, Tera told her. The fate of the world will after all depend on the human race. That day is very soon.
- Very well. May I suggest to stop babbling away precious time and reveal the mission to our two little boys here? asked Nova.
- Indeed, said Mendo. We want you to travel to the elven realm of Sylvaar and speak of them of an upcomming war.
The Council has seen that both civil war and a war between them and the Dargharl, Nordâr in their language, is about to occour very soon. These half-giants would surely crush the humans if they united. To give the humans a chance to survive we will attempt to learn them about the arcane.
Although a civil war would surely emerge, it will save both the world in the future and their race at the moment.
   - Lets not waste time then! protested Nova. Send them the nescessary information and make them ready. The war officialy starts in exactly one year from now. For a human, one year is much longer then for us. For us one year is about 1 minute.
   - Nova is right, make them ready and create a portal. They will need atleast four Spellguards to protect them from our "cousins" if they would grow agressive. It was many thousands of years ago we talked with the Wood Elves, said Tera.

To be contiuned.

If you didnt notice, Aitris is an anagram of Istari.

The planets of The trevian system weren't an obscure bunch but they were certainly unique.
For starters, each planet was so vastly different even though they were born of almost the same material. The system contained 3 planets and two stars.
Each of the planets and one of the stars orbited around the central star
Guran.

The planet closest was tran, a metallic planet primarily composed of metals... it rotates so frequently that the entire planet is uninhabitable and although it contains vast treasures they cannot be harvested...

One could hope that the other planets were more lively. well the second planet is probably the most lively possible. Vos ,the second planet, is a peculiarity. due to the wide range biological phenomena. Vos is actually a being itself. an ancient plant so old and so hardy that it is believed to hold all the secrets of eternal life. its own massive gravitational field keeps it alive although it cannot grow nor move. many species live on vos. all parasitic in nature although carnivores and herbivores are on the rise. Vos used to have moons but it got hungry one decade...

The third and final planet , Erde, is an aquatic wonderland. the outermost planet in the system Erde is actually quite warm due to the small star Apoc being the fourth object rotating around guran. Apoc and Erde are incredibly well synchronized and strangely this is the only reason erde is inhabitable. Erde is covered in vast winding trenches and long foggy beaches. Undersea currents whisk creatures around the world and many species live here as well. Erde has one moon. although it would be more accurately called vos's offspring, not ready to germinate yet. It is believed that this 'moon' named vel will devour Erde

As for the species of Trev well we know Tran has none so lets skip to Vos.

Vos has 5 dominant species

Vos - the planet itself

Trianid - Extremely territorial beasts who are herbivores... unfortunately after centuries of being alone on vos they have no actually defenses... All bark and no bite.

Cyc - Cyc's are small parasites that scurry along the large vines and natural bends and folds of vos they burrow into vos to feed.

Ervan - These beings are relentless predators. feeding primarily on Cyces. Through their pack mentality they can discover and feed on the fat bloated Cyces.

Gellid - Gellids are like jellyfish... except they float through the air on hydrogen sacs and have no stingers. They instead create vacuums to suck up unwitting prey.

Erde has 2 dominant species

Aviarchs - The only intelligent species in Trev. Aviarks live in small settlements along coastlines. They fish for food and have progressed to the point where space travel is viable. They recently made contact with the Planet Vos... Needless to say the ship that made contact was eaten.

Argoth - these devilfish predators are a mix of modern manta rays and sharks. They have wide open wings but are also fearsome predators. They are renowned for their tendency to attempt flying out of water and getting beached. Their meat tastes like chicken... that was burned, dipped in liquid nitrogen and served with enough ketchup.

The Ssethric 'squirrels' have grown larger and stronger; their language has evolved to the point that subtle shifts in posture and claw position backed by minor telepathic indicators approach sentences in complexity and meaning; the most powerful tribe members (gender is completely irrelevant and the differences between genders are not externally noticeable) lead the semi-nomadic groups (20-40 individuals) through the forests, seeking better sap-trees; tribes war with each other for the best sap repositories.

Why the change? Why the new violence?

The answer, quite simply, is cold. A new ice age is beginning on Ssethri, and great sheets of ice spread from the south. The squirrels live on Ssethri's southern continent, the first area to be affected.

For the first time in millenia, the great and ancient sap-trees are dying in large numbers; they wither and turn grey, their sap rendered inedible. Many squirrels died, and the rest adapted, fighting for the surviving trees. Combat became a way of life.

The cold stabilizes, stops creeping northwards. Squirrel society stabilizes with it. Language grows ever more complex, religion slowly develops.

The squirrels, naturally, revere the sap-trees (a.k.a. the Bountiful Life-Givers), with older and more sap-filled trees recieving higher status. Sap from the Bountiful Life-Givers (informally called Life, Soup, Luck, or a host of other names, but officially known as Essence) is seen as undiluted life itself in physical form, given by the Bountiful Life-Givers. The squirrels see the presence of Essence in the sap-trees as proof of the trees' holiness, and since the trees only give up their sap to the squirrels (in actuality, only the squirrels have the necessary evolutionary adaptations to draw sap from the trees), the squirrels are logically the trees' favored race.

The arrival of the Cold obviously has religious implications; what exactly the Cold signifies is not yet exactly clear. Some (the Cleansers) say it was brought by the trees to punish unfaithful squirrels, others (the Retributors) believe enemies of the trees (and by extension, enemies of the squirrels) brought the Cold upon them, while a minority (the Exodites) believe it is a sign from the trees that the time has finally come for the squirrels to move north and redevelop their civilization there.

Squirrel civilization persisted in this form for untold millennia, the climate not changing in the slightest - the squirrels' skin became slightly thicker, to preserve heat, and many external openings in the squirrels' bodies closed off. Their small flaps of skin became much larger. Also, isolated individuals or small groups of Exodites (see above) began traveling north during this time (crossing continents in the rare areas where they are divided only by small but deep rivers), though most did not survive the journey.

These evolutionary adaptations were not enough to save many squirrels when the ongoing mild ice age suddenly became much more brutal and cold; only a (relative) handful of trees remained, and squirrel civilization lay in tatters and ruins. Just before the very worst of this new scourge, Exodite leaders enacted a mass exodus of their forests, heading north and discovering the small, isolated communities established by the many individuals and groups who had already completed the joruney. The newcomers set about uniting the disparate communites, eventually setting up a powerful northern nation (much warmer than the south) about which their southern cousins knew nothing; more on that later.

The remaining survivors in the southern cold - the toughest, most stubborn squirrels - seemed completely doomed and hopeless. The Retributors (see above) ceased to exist, as no squirrel believed any enemies could be powerful enough to inflict this scourge upon their race. On the verge of complete destruction, they discovered their hidden, latent psychic potential (apparently activated by times of extreme stress and difficulty) and used telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and cryokinesis to survive. The Scourge-Cold eventually subsided somewhat (though it never became as warm as the original forests), letting the Southerners develop a civilization nearly as powerful as that of the Northerners. Their psychic powers slipped back into unconsciousness as they were no longer needed for survival, though the Southerners did retain certain abilities helping them in melee combat. There was no contact between North and South (the two continents had moved farther apart, and the waters between became impassable) for literally millions of years, as each evolved seperately - culminating in their becoming clearly distinct species.
