I agree here.
All is propaganda and the feeble-minded persons take it easily as truth.
The stack feeling also helps.
Especially for Titanic I know people that assured me the movie was great even before they saw it!
And my mark here is - below average.
But they got my money for seeing it, and they got their money back ten times.

As for a worse movie, I 've seen recently - The Cell - I still feel it like a brain surgery.

agree with you. I watched CELL some weeks ago. Was good in the begining. But catching a psychopath - going through his mind in childhood - how do they do that ? If Jenni Lopez was specially trained for going inside brains - how the cop got so easy ? Also he got some me gun there - to shoot the guy over.

Yeah,

You are right malkia,
And the fantastic thing is that In my opinion no man can stand being in such psychotic mind and keep the sense of his true self.
Even a Dune mentat could not do it.

only one true KWISATZ HADERAH can do that!

has anyone watched David Lynch version of Dune? I think i've watched only 5-10 minutes from it - wasn't so impressed - but I may be wrong (i just caught on TV some moths ago) - but didn't have time to watch it full.

On the other side Dune (2000) the TV series - were released on DVD - and the film rocks (for a TV one)!

I have to find the Dune again and reread it (but now I'm rereading LOTR in english (haaard haaard for me...))

Yes, I've seen the David Lynch version of Dune. A great movie. A bit bizarre at times tho. The TV trilogy sucked compared to it, imo.

Well, definitely not the worst movie I've ever seen, but the most disppointing one for me is: The 5th Element. I really had great expectations (esp. after 12 Monkeys which is one of my favs), but they all got disappointed.

I think it is the Lynch one, I have. Great movie tho. And I agree about the TV trilogy, didnt compare. But they did spend alot of money on the backgrounds and sets.

And I totally agree with Andi about the WishMaker 2. The first one was freaking greating. But the second ....

And I didnt go see Titanic, Because I'm a Straight MALE!!

Lets see other bad movies....A bunch of the Highlander movies annoy the heck out of me, by always changing the damn background story. Trilogies and series need to be constiend. Well for me anyways. If you cant bother to watch the original movie, b4 making the sequel, then you shouldnt call it a sequel.

...sequel continuity

...as far as the Highlander movies are concerned, only the second movie was out of the loop and that was because it was a "what-if" kinda movie... the rest three, along with the series, keep the same story and don't use any of the "alien" stuff...

btw: although I did watch Titanic, I never said I paid for it... (sneaked in after Alien 4 was over in the next room )

SWORD-FISH!!!
SWORD-FISH!!

That's the movie i forgot to put here!

So this guy - (Linus something) comes from Europe got killed, cause he's not l33t enough but the other guy he got his eyes on halle berry open sourced breasts, so he jumps off. You know then later - he cracks - everything - nuts, whiskey, and of course some passwords. Gone for 60 seconds he is into FBI/CIA/MPA/CKGA computer - a trick which even the Great Houdini never succeeded to do. So now he's in he got 6 monitors cause he's running GNOME on one, QT on the other, and Lindowze on the other three - and they got cubes - and those cubes they got connected and we got to the end of movie... The best part is that John Travolta plays here the DISGUISE GUY - the guy who no one can recognize - the John Travolta guy - he changes his hair regurly - so he be more you know invisible - he got some dead body always behind him (cause of the camera angles) - you know like Octopus from Metal Gear. So he got some people and buildings boomed - exploded - and he gets out - he's not dead - he's also got the money. Nice movie.

Behold! In The Begining... MOVIE WAS GREAT! but then... geee....

Worst movies of all time?  Dungeons and Dragons take honors here.  Highlander 2 and on.  Anything with Mario Van Peebles in a starring role.  The Crow II sucked.  Pay It Forward sucked.  The animated LoTR trilogy was terrible.  Yeah, that's right.  I said it!  Powder sucked to high heaven.  BUT, I loved Titanic.  What can I say?  The, "And the band played on" scene made me cry.  It's easy to not like DiCaprio.  But, you should rent The Quick and The Dead and maybe that'll change your opinion.
