Some ideas

Sadly, I am no good at modding,but I do have some ideas, So I thought that I could put them all in one thread for other people to use

For a start, no one has created necro-mentals, completely corrupted by the dark magic of a necromancer, these elementals have almost taken on the same traits of their opposite element.
e.g. Shale necro-mental, (Earth) High initiative and attack, but low health and defence. (Some of the traits of the air elemental)

An NCF library, a Dwelling for a number of NCF creatures, that is capturable.

Refined undead, literally 're-raised' undead, stronger than their counterpart, but costs more dark energy to raise, Could get away with the nickname 'Dark-infused' or the like. Would it be possible for the shrine of the netherworld to do this? But then their wouldnt be a downside...

Corruption, An arch-devil (or the like), that fused itself with a necromancers power, making it a great tool of destruction, while it is now a powerful caster, all other stats drop due to its unnatural creation.

Is it possible to make NCF creatures available in Duel Heroes Editor instead of only the creatures from the respective faction

Make a Tier 10 or 8 Seventh Dragon from Dark Messiah? Could be fun for DM fans..
Or maybe one of the lich kings (The ones with lightning bolt and heal)
Or maybe maybe the necromancers (With raise dead and heal)
Or maybe maybe maybe a Dark Necro Guard (Maybe waste of NCF)

Its easier if all the ideas are in one place

About the idea topic, i whant to add an idea or rather ask if it's possible to make!..

Is it possible to make NCF creatures available in Duel Heroes Editor instead of only the creatures from the respective faction


And to add another idea "Like the purpose with this thread":
Make a Tier 10 or 8 Seventh Dragon from Dark Messiah? Could be fun for DM fans..
Or maybe one of the lich kings (The ones with lightning bolt and heal)
Or maybe maybe the necromancers (With raise dead and heal)
Or maybe maybe maybe a Dark Necro Guard (Maybe waste of NCF)

Or maybe tell me how to give a creature its NCF number so i can make them myself.

Impossible with the shrine, but possible after battle.

As far as I know you can use NCF, which belong to faction, but most of NCF are neutrals. So you can use my Death Angel or 3rd alt upgrades. Or download my necromancy mod and you will have many necro creatures.

Interesting idea...

To give NCF its number the main file should be named GameMechanics/Creature/Creatures/Neutrals/Creature_XXX.xdb (Replace XXX with number you need).

The idea is great but the problem is to add it in the editor. I do not know why but the game random seed doesn't take the new dwellings, and the RMG neither. If someone knows, it could be possible... If someone knows.

Hmm, my editor doesn't show 3rd upgrades, and when i try to add one of them into a stack with theire NCF number, editor crashes!
I can't pick the death angel either, but i can place it in editor. :S
I have downloaded your necro mod! Love it, it's great.

Maybe make it by modding .xdb files, not by editor? I don't know will it work or not, but we can try...

I thought you did that with yor dwellings for the higher tier creatures

Yes, we can place them in the editor. BUT when you use the object "Random dwelling level 6" for example, it is equal in the game to a military post of a random faction and giving access to a creature level 6. I cannot change that and I dunno why...

Hmm, maybe, but we don't really have to add them into editor! When you play the game, the 3rd upgrades show up alone or together with theire alternatives. (Random creature in editor ofcourse)
And if we whant to put in the 3rd's to editor, the easiest way is to make it .pak file instead of h5u, but when you do that the editor can't even start.(My editor can't)
