Short Funny Stories
Well I opened this thread for all of us to gather around and share funny stories they made up. 
So I'll start with this (I hope funny) story I made today:
Sarah, a relatively rich merchant, was in dire trouble. Once she found a long-lost artifact with magical abilities, who grants the owner incredible powers if used properly. It was not much until the 'bad guys' found out about this, and obviously they wanted to get their hands on the artifact. The biggest problem was that Sarah, being usually clumsy, lost the artifact in a river.
So Sarah's husband was kidnapped by Pirates, who threatened to kill him in one week should Sarah not give them the artifact, her kids were taken hostage by some nasty gangsters with the same objective as the pirates, and even more a group of ninjas threatened to kill her if she does not give them the artifact in four days. To make matters worse, she read somewhere in some ancient scripture that the first one to touch that artifact will be cursed and die in one month.
Sarah was frustrated, terrified, and didn't know what to do, so she asked Ann, her best friend for an opinion. Ann advised her to go to China and seek enlightenment about this situation from Master Xung, a monk who is known to have a solution to all your troubles. So she traveled to China, paying lots of money for the journey, and entered the temple where Master Xung was living. At the entrance she was asked for five thousand dollars in order to get inside. Obviously it was insane but she gave the money since she was in desperate need of the monk's wise words.
Finally Sarah met Master Xung and explained her dire situation to him. The monk had a few moments of enlightenment to decide what advice to give, after which he told Sarah: "Do what you think is best, and good luck!" - then he turned around and left the merchant alone.
