Yeah, what a success, it's like getting rid of people liking metal or believing in reincarnation. What the **** do taste, beliefs and opinions have to do with the rank of civilization?

Stop being ridiculous. It's so stupid it's not even funny.

Talk to the hand

My sister has helped me understand the complicated systems in the girl herds and now I am to write what I assume of the girl herd archetypes. These archetypes may have millions of variations, but this stuff is what I assume to be basic elements wich are common.

There usually is the alpha female (the most popular, "prettiest" or something else) who is to be mimicked by the lesser females in the herd. Usually the alpha female is a manipulative "female dog" who lacks empathy and gets incredibly jealous at the lesser females who might have some favourable attribute that she doesn't posses and then goes on to make them confused and un-able to see that they can do fine without the alpha female and the herd.

This type of herd is usually found in some lame highschool soap opera on the TV.

There also is the "Dynamic duo" archetype with two friends that consider eachother more or less equal, have all sorts of fun in-jokes and do stuff together. These herds do not usually let many people inside.

This type of herd can usually be found walking about and talking or doing some fun friend stuff.

Then there is the herd in which the girls consider eachother more or less equal, do stuff together, talk about stuff and other things. This kind of herd is usually ready to take in new members.

You usually find this kind of a herd in the mall or other usual "get-together" places.

Some girls "do not fit in" and are discriminated in many subtle ways that might actually be more hurtful in long term periods than straightforward and obvious ways of discrimination. These girls are usually insecure, confused and lonely.

They usually spend alot of their time alone somewhere, un-seen and un-heard of. Rarely can you spot one, but trust me, they are out there.

Girls are tougher to raise and their life seems harder. Girls get independent toughs way earlir than boys and starts fighting over the power against their mother. Boys sure are wilder but still easier to handle.

Good rolemodels are important if you are fortunate enough to have such. Somehow i feel how masculine or feminine you become is only your own personality and genes result rather than how are you raised.

If you happen to have sexual identity problems then it would easier to be a girl for parents sake. Mytical over Father in this situation aim afraid

Exactly so Doom but they are the minority of society.

Guys can be both feminine and masculine, actually finding the right balance makes the person you are. Being girlish is still a different thing

I totally agree that from a parents perspective that girls are much tougher to raise than boys (not always the case but in general).

That's just because it's (or at least have been) more difficult FOR girls, since the role models for girls (or what is the average idea of them at any given time in any given society) are (or have been) far more "off-nature" than those for boys.

Example: If a 14-year-old boy is allowed to stay out until, say, 9 pm, while an equally old girl has to be at home at 8 pm, it's "more difficult for the parents of a girl, since girls will feel much less satisfied with that than boys. Since both will be equally be fond of being out longer, it's harder for girls, since the average role-model is more off their actual preferences than that of boys.

1) Boys have a "tough" roll to fill. Most of us are taught we can't cry. We have to suck it up and be men. We are expected to do the heavy lifting and tough work. There is little or no room for emotion, sharing, caring or love compared to how a girl has it growing up.

2) Girls are expected to be "flower girls" learn how to cook, learn how to clean and take care of the house. The man makes the money, you make the house! You can't go play with the boys and forget sports. Go learn how to garden or play with your dolls. Obviously of course there will always be exceptions to any of these "rules".

Hey we never had something like that around here O.o  Or maybe we did but I never heard of it.

In any case, sometimes I do fantasize about having been a woman In which case of course I would have been totally hot and fully gay. But it seems a lot easier being a girl; you get all the attention.

Meh, what am I saying? I love being a guy, dispite the supposed expected behavior. I don't really conform to them, I am the way I am.

Besides, the whole idea that as a girl you get things done for you and treated right is all a big fat act anyway. I mean lets face it, hardly 1% of all men are actual gentlemen that truely care about treating a woman properly as a way of life.

Face it, EVERY single guy will act like prince charming, but after 3 months, he will stop holding open the door. After 1 year, he will stop bringing flowers, and after 5 years, he won't bother holding up his farts in bed anymore. Sorry girls, but men are pigs Just a fair warning to be more wary and try to see through the pathetic act.

I wasn't flamboyant in any way but it was a struggle. I didn't always want to be the "tough boy" I wanted to help my mom and be cuddled and loved...never really got that.

Nothing wrong with that. My mom actually complains (in a friendly way) I cuddle her too much she really doesn't mind it at all, and it always feels great. Strange thing is, at times I actually had -wanted- to be a tough boy But I'm not, only verbally I'm a prick.

By the way, have some education :  Men vs Women, the differences.   Best part is the male seduction one, just a tip

Kids know that kind of stuff. Better live with one loving parent than with parents who don't love each other.

It is almost always an issue of distorted priorities to begin with. Investing in a kid is a tremendous responsibility whether you like it or not. If you have a kid and then don't show them the proper attention, you are a monster and nothing more than an elaborate parasite. Solution: don't have a kid.

Separation through conflicting career interests is common and perfect example for this. It is better to live with one parent that loves their kid than two parents that hate each other, but it is better for them not to have started hating each other over something that is inferior to their responsibility as parents and mates in the first place: such as a good hook on a career. Again, if that sort of thing trumps your responsibility as a parent, then why have a kid in the first place? It's not a hobby to just discard when convenient.

Perhaps an idealist position to take, but raising a child is a big responsibility that is somewhat underplayed.

(anyway, back on topic)

I beg to differ. I always have good manners It's not that I need to force myself to open a damn door for the girl. It comes naturally.

Not that I can even pretend that this contributes to the thread, but I can't resist.

Has anyone else noticed that this thread is just one big sausage fest?  How can you have men vs. women without the women?
