Indeed, a bit overpowered.
Some of your creatures are hilariously cool, such as the armor on the wyvern, the wings on the winged snake and the Lizard Centurion. 
Best creature name award goes to... "Lizard Wizard" Try to make up a story of the Lizard Wizard, in a blizzard, and you'll understand why it got the award.

Yes,is overpowered .You are right,I also think the Centurion,Armored Wyvren,Wingend Snake and Drake looks good.

I like Hunter Camp Dwelling and Winged Drake creature, for unknown reason they seem to me most in H3 style.

Note:the Kulshedra has no legs.

I don't like the Lizard Fighter and wyvren is powerful and he can't be a lvl 4 creture.Do you can enlarge the picture,make stats and dwellings?
