Wolfie, my friend

It's a rule of a thumb that whenever someone reacts nervously about something, some people do that even more, coz they find it to be "interesting". I'm a bad irritating person, I know.

Why I posted that IM (it looked smth like this:
"Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie Wolfie.")
It's a joke, laddy. Don't get so excited about it. If you hadn't reacted so nervously about it, I would've never sent it.
If you find that offencive however, I'll stop. No problemo.

My q is to you, Wolfie (oh, just cant help it. ):
Why do you object when other people call you like that? A nice clean explaination please.

Ooh,ooh can I answer that? Here`s my view on this situation based on my limited knoweldge of psychology from highschool, and personal experience consisting of numerous attempts of irritating other people by calling them names they don`t like to be called:
Wolfman is young(my guess is 13-17), but he is smart for his age.Throughout his life he`s been underestimated by his elders only because of his age.He wants to be regarded as an
equal adult and judged by his wits and not age.By calling
him Wolfie you turn the "man" in his username into a boy.

Takes too much time. HA! And you expected at least few sentences.

My turn: Wiseman, how come you were registered back in 2001, and you have such a low post count? And why did you decided to reactivate only recently?

Probably the same reason I registered in 2002 and only really started posting in late 2003: He forgot about HC, likely because he RL issues, or maybe he had dial-up, or something like that, and now the problems are resolved (For me, I had dial-up; when I switched to DSL was about when I started posting here.), he started posting here again.

Yes , well Vadskye is right. When I first registered I
mostly only read posts and didn`t post myself. After a few months I stoped coming mostly because lack of time and yes I
have dial up too.I started visiting HC again last year.
My post count is low because generally I don`t like posting
in forums. You know how they say silence is golden

Hm, now I ask the question, well since nothing interesting
comes to my mind I`ll ask this:
To the next taker : How much time do you spend on the internet daily on the average?

8 hoursz. although most of the time is idle.

If I'm not refreshing HC or Mx0 Im probbaly not near the PC. I could say then 3 hours a day. When matrix online is released and I buy my vodoo http://www.voodoopc.com/systems/tower.aspx you may hardly ever see me since I am in the matrix. And yes I plan to spend over 2 grand mabey even 4 on a new PC with securities. + Mx0 is in a few months so I'll get even better than what they offer now. (i may not even go with voodo, im not sure yet, I would pay lith to select the best waranteed parts and configure it if I could

Question to Vadskye. Vadskie whats your basic biography?

For RL?  Basically I live in a 3-story house with two brothers, both younger than me.  Nice happy undivorced family.  My father's a chemical engineer and my mother doesn't have a job (by choice).  I'm homeschooled and above average intelligence.  I think that's a general overview, if you want more detail you can IM me or something.

My question is to Wolfman: What's it like being a mod?  Any changes in the way you post, what your posts are about as a result of that?

EDIT: My bad!  Sorry, Khaelo!

Non-personal bystander questions now count as participation in the game?!  If so, I withdraw my unintentional registration.  Wolfman, the question's all yours.

technicly theres a chancee the olympics will be held in outer space on a gravity capable space arena, but its unlikely

I think olympics will probably occour. Anyone in this world would really prove themselves as brutes of lessor value than unintelect bearing animals if they attacked something like that.

Where do you want to see your self when you are 40? (if your close to 40, make it in 10 years)

Age 40: Defeat Sauron

Age 41: Lead middle earth into the age of men, hobbits, and dwarves

Age 42: Build private estate in The Shire

***between 42&43*** Smoke a finely harvested pipeweed, have a hobbit's feast, and write an unfinished book describing my last days in The Shire with the hobbits

Age 43: Die (average life expectancy without modern healthcare and science)

Question(to anyone): Why stay at Heroes Community if you don't play Heroes anymore?

You mean, why am I here?

Probably a combination of a few things:

1. The Pyre is a great place to have a lot of fun with good members.
2. I have met most of my online friends here.  There are some good people here, and I noticed that.
3. I like a good debate, so I sometimes participate in the Other Side threads.  I'm not as well informed as my allies, however, so I often stay out of it.
4. HC is a great place to just hang out when I'm bored!

This is to anyone: Do you play MMORPGs?  Why or why not?
