One full year of Lexxanity!
Today, it is exactly one year since I joined this glorious community.
I remember March the 21rst 2008 as if it were yesterday! I joined (right fixing my broken internet connection) and immedeately commented on Baklava's ICTC entry (I still think it's a pity he didn't win then  second's fine.). ICTC 3 was then reving around in everyone's minds, and I really wanted to participate, but didn't know how to create threads back then... so I forfeited.
I soon was reviving every possible Librairy thread with curious insight that made angelito both laugh and cry.. then I turned my attention to the tavern and began to brag about a QP to GL for something I wouldn't even call QP-worthy now... meh!
I was soon called "one of the Noob Spammers" due to my spamming/fighting tandem with DarkShadow.. though people kept insisting that I was "less annoying"
Finally I made a few threads, the first being "Mirror Mirror on the Wall", a more-or-less "who is the best mod" competition. (No surprise that Pan won lol!). The I made a few other thread, no real successes there... only to forget!
Then I got out for a week, on a holiday in Greece... I never had been away from HC for more than a week since then... I fell in love with the Goddamn' place!
Then I fell in love with Qps as well! I really wonated one, and tried, tried, tried, unsuccesfully. After that, I did a mere analysis in "Sylvan Guide" and *BANG* I got one, completely unexpectedly. From that day on, I forsaked QP hunting and just did what I liked to do. Qp's would follow me if I deserved then, and not because I wanted them.
Then I set a goal for myself: achieve a notable status untill 21 March 2009... I don't know how or why it worked, but I soon had 4 Qps before I could say "Draco the noob" - No floodprotect, no rules and my post count soon boomed. I had won the unwritten arms (read: QP) race between myself, Adrius and Asheera, reaching Promising before they did.
Then I got myself a new love: Survivor. I watched it once and was taken away by it. In the meantime I had installed MSN and befriended William; I bet with him that I was able to make a cool HC Survivor; Not really knowing how I should make it, I created the "Next Survivor" thread, and to my surprise, it turned out to be a real success!
From that moment on, I felt respected, well-liked and as a true good member of HC (I wouldn't call myself great.. lol!). I had reached the status I had wanted to reach. 11 Qps and 3322 posts, that's not bad, eh?
I will always cherish you in my Heart, HC-crowd, remember this.
And now, up to the next Adventuring year, with me, Lexxan!
Coincidence? I THINK NOT!!!

To think I've been around HC for 3 years before Alexxander joined...

This is probably the funniest thing I've read in a while xD.
Maaah but yeah I shouldn't rain on your selfmade parade I guess. And seriously I'm not trying to get you down or anything it's just really (as in honestly) think it's hilarious.
And yeah good luck for your futures years on HC... may they be as full of great achievements as they've been so far.
