Petition to the moderators about the QP system
The QPs were part of HC for nearly 10 years! Now in 2009, after many years they were REMOVED! The forum will never be the same. A unique feature was removed forever! We, the members of Heroes community, have started this petition in order to bring them back and save the forum!
We are not going to beg or ask the moderators, we are going to force them, and we are starting with a peaceful protest at first! The next step will be hacking accounts.

Actually I didn't find any ip matches but it's pretty clear he's messing with us. As for threads you can create one if you post at least once. Bot precaution.
