It sounds like you had actual expectations and "hope", death?

I'm seeing exactly what I expected and I swear to god I am actually laughing at those people who claimed they actually got "hope" out of this hilarious theater. Granted, he is a good actor, I'll give him that.

It was nice to see him, you know? It was really inspiring to see him talk about change (mustn't make a 50 cent joke...). Because that is what people always wanted (the romantics inside them at least): change.

They wanted change for the better, back to the good things of the past and erase all the bad things of the present! Though, pretty much impossible, you could've hoped. Also, lith gives a bad name to misanthropists

"it's just a thread" lol thats funny in SOME PERSPECTIVES, while in others its sad, disturbing, true, fake, you name it, any category, and somehow this "thread" finds a way into it. It's not much unlike other threads but what distinguishes this one from others is the facts about some ranting people like me, but THEY can only see shades of pure BLACK... One ink dropplet turns a vial of water my friends.

To buy into someone who leaves out 99% of the truth is rediculous. The whole of Obamas haters only see the glass one way, the supporters only see it another.. Stupid.

See it for what it is. Leave out any piece and your looking through incomplete eyes.. Admit you can only see half, and judge what you see, but the ones who only look at, and who look for, the things they want to see IE the potentialy wrongs of Obaba, and your a fool.

Here, if you think you want to know how to see things clearly, read a couple of things about this thing experts are calling a "monster Experts classify this as a monster and this is old news, but if you want to see more google search "Dead Monster on Montauk Shore"

By analyzing this or several other things you can try to see things from all available perspectives at once..

These people who bash others tick me off primarily, no matter who they are against, because they only say things about what they want to see. Obama is a case where there is a lot to see, and to point out 4 or 5 facts, and fill it in with all your garbage opinions, is not even ignorance its contempt prior to investigation.

Problem is bipartisanship. by complying to agree he is weakening his ideology.

The stimulus for example is laughable because of it. it does almost nothing while degrading his ideology.

of course now I'm just scapegoating everything to another party

Hey at least he had a good foreign policy. According to himself from the campaign, we are officially out of Iraq as of 2 1/2 week ago

I never expected us to still be there or to have a few extra billion tossed over to Israel. Never. (not)...

Ok, "I will one day say I told you so" I am glad, because I like when people feel superior to even me.. In actualyity, in one of the most rare but one of the best perspectives, there is no difference between a 1,000,000,000 year old demon who has rotted in "hell" for all those years, and a chirppy little short living grasshopper...

How? You may ask??? How?!!! YOU LIE, you may even exclaim.... The difference that is not, is the most inner section of ones being... All the years, all the pain, joy, prosprity, degredation, hate love, yadda

yadda yadda

all these things are details which merely surround beings, and actualy, you can tie in things that are not beings aswell.

So, a mountain, with the exception of the outter details of it, is not different from you... a (keep in mind the following our outter details) living being with a unique past, ambitions, and future..

what does this have to do with obama??? I wouldnt dare waste my time, besides, I Feel like taking all these mysterious psycotropic meds in severe excess on LSD shrooms peyotee and everything else, you know, cuz they have no effect on me.... I am immune to my own brain now..

Obama is a person
obama is the president
Obama is seen as good atleast better than his counter runners in the eyes of most americans For instance he won the elECTION, and how dare the rest make personal votes to live in a democracy then spit on it when they dont like the results. COULDNT BE MORE CHILDISH THAN THAT  IF YOU ASK some people. It's quite like 3 siblings arguing over what fish to get for the aquarium, they decide to live in a state (country) of mind that is democracy oriented.... the odd man out complains, whines, cries, about shoulda woulda coulda, what it should be like, yadda yadda, THEN, every mi-nute negative charachter defect about the winning fish by votes, becomes flooded by *&@^#$*& all over the internet, where there never is a winner because no one concedes because, they all think they are right....

why do I bother...... why, why why.....

lastly, more of an annotation if you wish,

you didnt vote, to be in a democracy, but in each being there is an ounce of fairness, and unless you were given the power to monopolize the scales of life, you would more than likely hope for a democracy..

thank you hobbit ones... short little brains, like me...

Celfious, what you are suggesting is dangerous. Of course, people need to accept the legitimate winners of legitimate elections, but to not question their leaders is foolhardy in the extreme. I am thankful for all the dissenters.

Obama was pure marketing. I never expected him to be the Messiah.

Evenso, It would be nice to compose a ballad about him. ^^

A heck, why not:
Music

Lyrics:

-OBAMA-

Me in the talkshow
President I'll be, so
Bush being Fail
And McCain even more so
Wave your hands if your not with that man
Can we fix it?
(Yes we can!)
I got
(Change!)
You got
(change!)
We Change everybody
I've got the gift
to kick Clinton's ass,
It's time to show the Money

USA in business
Can I get a witness?
Every girl, every man
New York, do you hear me?
Illinois, can you feel me?
Need elections to win.

I will defeat you, Clinton
Cause your making me feel so nice
When's it gonna stop, Clinton?
When I'm winning the big Fight!

Super Big Tuesday
Super special Newsday
Give a vote
Obama's winning
Have a proper giggle
I'll be quite polite
But when I change it all
I Change it all
(Change!)
You got no Change, then you're with the wrong man
It's time to vote Obama!
If you want it to change
then McCain is the worst
It's time to vote Obama!

I don't wanna be sleazy
Michelle, just tease me
Got a family plan!

Palin, do you hear me?
John McCain, can you feel me?
Need permission to land

I will defeat you, Palin!
Cause your making me feel so sick
When's it gonna stop, Palin?
When I'm winning the big Fight!

I will defeat you, McCain!
Cause your making me feel so great
When's it gonna stop, McCain?
When I'm winning the big Fight!

Rulin' aint easy
Change isn't pleasing
Everyonr
Winnin' ain't easy
But with some Marketing (Marketing, Marketing, Marketing)
It's easy

Come on!

I will defeat you, Kim Song!
Cause your making me feel so mad
When's it gonna stop, Kin Song?
When I'm winning the big Fight!

I will defeat you, Putin!
Cause your making me feel so great
When's it gonna stop, Putin?
When I'm winning the big Fight!

Well the only hope that I had was that he wouldn't 'break' his promises.

Mind you, if someone promises that he'll feed the starving, and he doesn't, I'm ok with that because it doesn't constitute 'breaking' the promise but rather not fulfilling it. I have a problem when said person, say, starts to KILL those starving kids or steals their already scarce food -- i.e doing the OPPOSITE of what he promised.

That would be like someone promising freedom to all and then once the seat's taken, turning into an oppressive dictator. I don't mean that this snow doesn't happen, only that I'm just wondering a bit -- I thought it couldn't get worse than Bush, that's all.

It's still not worse than Bush, though. Obama did vote to extend the PATRIOT Act as a Senator. So I wasn't expecting much from him on that front.

On the other hand, he is closing Guantanamo Bay and improving foreign policy.

Although Guantanamo Bay is closing, the bill left a loophole or clause that still permits the US to torture hostages outside of Guantanamo. The whole thing was just a ploy to improve his approval rating.

It feels like watching a movie for the second time.

The first time Lula was elected the president of Brazil, every single middle-upper class person in the country was claiming the damn mechanic would screw this country in less than a year. They claimed all of his victories as marketing strategies and never hesitated to underline his defeats over and over.

The first few months where the worst, they were as disappointed as if they were expecting the man to turn water into wine from the first day on.

Eight years later, with a competitive country just emerged from crap, the upper class still sees his victories as some fantastic kind of public manipulation never seen before and his ever rarer defeats as deafening.

As for me, quite satisfied with the direction we're following, I just say one thing:

Let the man do his thing. You got posterboy for stupidity ruling for 8 years, why not give the new guy a couple more years before the bashing session?

Bingo  I love how everyone in defence of Obama goes "OMG but he closed Guantanamo Bay you moran!!!"

And no you're not leaving Iraq. Keep dreaming. The whole snow is just relocating more intensely to a nearby country and given a different name.
