sorry i didnt get to this faster but here goes
first we get through coolness and youll get extra points for funny
Judging
1.Zenithale- 5 points
for his great scene where the dragon incinerates everyone and he earned it especially for animations(i havent mastered that yet)
2.Elvin- 4 points
the only reason why he didnt get the first place is because of zen
3.mamgaeater- 3+2= 5 points
joke is  somewhat captured the theme
4.Asherra- 3+2= 5 points
funny joke 
5.Carcity- 2+1= 3 points
Unlucky :the you know what smiley: just not that a good joke imo
6.Ednaguy- 4+2= 6 points
OMG just in the nick of time!!! i was just writing the judging mushrooms add a nice touch
Anyway...
Round 3(Starts now)
Just hours after the demons had been defeated by our ToTE heroes a weary griffin patrol heads to the local bar to celebrate.

Don't do that. Apart from being silly it denies people who worked like Zen to get the highest possible score. Forcing the maker to add a joke if he wants to get high points is neither fair nor clever if you ask me.

It's ridiculous for me or zenithale to get a lesser score because someone had a joke in. As azagal said I'd feel compelled to add a joke if I want to keep a good place and forced competitions lose their appeal very fast.
Guess you could add a rating for both..

nice posts people, though i appreciate the more artistic ones over the funny ones.
zenithale's is the best b/c he managed to capture the moving characters in stop animation and eliminated those annoying glow circles under the units.
elvin's previous entry is great! not a realistic homecoming maybe, but one i'm sure we would all enjoy. but i think it would have looked better without all those glow circles
edit: actually if you didn't have those glow circles, you could practically have framed it, titled it "A Warm and Familiar Place", (Oil and Canvas) by Elvin and signed your name in the lower right hand corner

I don't know how to remove them I'm afraid, if anyone can help I'll edit it. And it's no homecoming, just the remains of a battered army coming across a tavern to celebrate their victory and drink in the name of the fallen.

i say we can have two ratings funny and beauty. i do agree .others work harder and earn lower scores because they lack jokes.
