Available Town Spells
Does someone know how to mod which spells schools are available in the different towns?

This question was asked before in this topic: Heroes Community - Questions and Answer Topic: Modders Workshop. It can be found on page 2.
Basically, you need to locate the correct file for each of the towns you wish to change, in the \MapObjects folder of the data.pak file (or corresponding expansion data file). In that folder, you can find a file for each of the towns, like Academy.(AdvMapTownShared).xdb. Open that file and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the file. You'll find the two magic schools corresponding to that particular town type.
Edit: For some reason, the hyperlink doesn't seem to work? Dunno what's wrong with it ... I'll just leave it as-is, for a mod to check what's wrong  .

You can't have 's in the description of the hyperlink.

Doh! Ok, fixed in my original post as well  . So you can have it in forum thread names, but not in links .
