Meh, I might as well just write for a ton of superheroes to keep all the villains entertained if things get out of hand. 
Edit: You mean the historical blackbeard or some fictional blackbeard?
Edit2: Oh yeah! The thing with the fountain of youth thing!
I don't quite think that a person named blackbeard who has the fountain of youth all for himself would really fit for a super villain or hero. Maybe with a bit of nip and tuck.

Well with your permission I could always bring the gemini twins (before they became quite so..potent) into here. Individually they are not very powerful, it is only when they are able to work together that they become somewhat of a handful.
Civilian name: Alex and Alexus Romanoff
Description: Alex is 5'6" Black Hair with stars in it, wears glasses, and always has a 'lab technician' look about him. Alexus is 5'4" Black Hair with stars in it, and dresses casually. Besides Alexus being obviously female they are near identical.
Background: Russian Scientist, but independantly wealthy. They worked for the russian government until they were hit by a falling meteorite. Both ended up with odd powers, and defected to America taking with them a collection of Fabrage Eggs their family had. After selling a couple they were again independantly wealthy.
Super Hero/Villain Alias: Gemini (both are called this)
Description: Both wear special all white suit with a black starburst on the chest. The suits are designed to foil any abilities, powers, or devices that try to determine which are which. The suits are near indestructable, but add no defense to the wearers, or any other abilities besides hiding which is which. The suits are also designed to make both look identical (with things like 1" padding on Alexus' feet, removal of 'curves', etc).
Powers: Though independantly wealthy, they are no Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark. They have enough where they don't ever need to work, but that is about it. Alex's Powers: He is a drainer. He can drain another's powers and use them. He can also drain health and transfer it to another (often he takes health from himself or a badguy and heals his sister). Alexus' Power: BRICK. Super strong and tough. Think a weaker version of 'the hulk' except small and not green.
Weaknesses : Alex can only drain so much, and it does wear off over time. He does resist mental attacks well. Alexus is tough, but weak to mental attacks. Seperate they are much much weaker.
Origin: Despite being hit by a meteorite that is only half of where the powers came from. It is actually a combination of radiation from their job and radiation from the meteorite. However the reason they do what they do is because they honestly believe the mantra "With great power..."
If these two are not acceptable, I got dozens (maybe hundreds) more

I'll join! I can make up a few characters if I want, but I would like to use "the heroes" of an old comic I tried to draw/write(I sucked at drawing, so I only draw first comic book or so, rest I wrote in book form).
There are two "heroes" in that comic...well...heroes or villans. They are mafia bosses, but they are the old american style of mafia bosses(ever watched "Godfather"?) who takes care of their own people and neighboor hood. I'll post their statistics later and ask if they are accepted or not.

I am sorry dearies.
I have noticed that I should really stop trying to run two RPGs at the same time. I just end up neglecting one or both of them. I have found out that I am not the kind of person that can DM two things at once.
This little RPG project now goes on hiatus.
Sorry once again for wasting your valuable time and effort.

Description: a small robot, roughly the same size and shape as a football, with glowing green eyes and all manner of antenna dishes, rocket thrusters and strange devices around his body.
Background: Fix was a defective repair bot from Droidinc, a company that constructs his counterparts, in that he as a personality.
Super Hero/Villain Alias: Widget
Description: a small robot, roughly the same size and shape as a football, with glowing green eyes and all manner of antenna dishes, rocket thrusters and strange devices around his body. nervous and desperate to appease, he comes of as goofy as they come.
Powers: most of his powers involve fixing machinery, Widget has the power of flight (turbo boosters) and has a small taser which he uses in combat, along with his shape, density and size. he also contains a small pair of arms and legs, all with various repair devices on the end from welding torches to pliers.
Origin: Widget was originally sent for scrap after he was declared defective, but he managed to save batman from killer croc by fixing the batmobile in time. Batman, considering Widget useful enough to bring to the watch tower, is considered his patron, and Widget has a great deal of respect for the dark knight.

^ehm...you're not up to date. This RP died before it was born, the GM did not want to start it cause it would take the GMs focus off the other rp this GM got.
