currently watching "guess who's back"; the german film about adolf hitler suddenly materializing, alive and well, in 2014. hilarious antics ensue. i had caught a clip of it on youtube that was hilarious, so i decided to give it a look-see. so far, it's pretty funny. 
aaaaaand then it took a wrong turn at albuquerque. went right off the rails, and became a leftist propaganda piece instead of a tongue-in-cheek movie regarding a serious topic(ala "you don't mess with the zohan").
what a way to snow a movie all to hell.

currently watching "justice league".
not even 10 minutes in, and there's already a scene of white racism.
god, i hate hollywood. 
edit:
ok, i finished the movie. it was much better than i expected. as a group comic book movie, it beat the living hell out of suicide-myself squad. a lot of great writing and scenes.
after not understanding who the hell the character was with luthor after the end credits, i did a search and uncovered some wacky history regarding 3 different characters, 2 of almost identical name in 2 different comic universes; with all 3 being almost completely the same characters.

Plz tell what the scene is if you comment a scene in a movie, I have only seen the movie once, and I can't remember anything about the movie. Except that it sucked lol.

seven minutes in, where two white males are harrassing/assaulting a muslim female and her female child.
i couldn't finish the movie yet because the copy's audio kept cutting out.

It's a good thing that in real life, white males never harass or rape or kill females. Hollywood is always making stuff up like that.
Justice League was trash but I love how you get triggered by stuff that I dont even notice.

it's not like muslims ever attack people. it's not like blacks massively kill more whites than whites kill blacks. there's no reality or statistics to prove either one.

You're the one causing a stink, not the other way around, lol.
The fact is, white men have committed crimes against Muslim women innumerable times, and it has happened many times in the US military as well, and seeing it in a movie shouldn't surprise anybody.

It is all of the above, not either/or.
This is exactly why the world is only going to become less sympathetic with the pathological hypersensitivity of privileged white people, especially men That you can't survive 10 minutes into a comic book movie before becoming wounded and turning it off because you saw a couple of white people mistreating a Muslim lady... it says volumes about a privileged mindset and the crippling hypersensitivity that results from it.
No matter. You started this little angry display but I'm sure people don't want to see this in a movie thread. I am done. *jet packs away*

fred, stay away from woke Netflix, is just another support and diffusing platform of "progressive" fantasies.
Politicians race hustlers and their woke media serfs have to keep alive this sense of superiority by denouncing others as racists, otherwise they would never win a single election, just look at racial minorities voting statistics.

you claiming i'm wounded when i'm actually talking about content in a movie(as per the thread); you and minion came to critique my response to racist bs in said movie. so who's wounded here? two people whining about my critique of an obviously racist trope being used in a movie that isn't related to racism whatsoever, or the person simply calling the racism out? the "wounded", are the usual virtue-signalling suspects.
guaran-snowing-teed, if i was talking about anti-black racism in a movie instead of anti-white racism, you'd be agreeing with me.

There's an amusing movie about the origins of Christianity called "Marketing the Messiah" that just came onto Amazon prime. Would heartily recommend it

just watched "top secret" for the first time all the way through. used to catch pieces here and there years ago on tv. one hour and thirty minutes well spent.

Probably just me, but on those few screens they released everything looks pretty "mundane"... like it will be another one of those action flicks under a well-known brand with a few forgettable CGI effects...
Actually after the HBO Max teaser I'm more interested in Godzilla vs. Kong and Suicide Squad.
Also: yay Space Jam 2 teaser!
