When I went to Colorado I had a buffalo burger, and well, I kinda prefer all that artificial processed meat they put in normal burgers

I agree with Binabik. According to yesterday's Sunday paper, folks over the age of 50 actually decided the latest primary in Oregon. It says people my age and younger didn't hardly care at all. Only 19% of people my age even voted compared to a whopping 46% for 50-59, 60% 60-69, and the highest was 69% for 70-79!
Yeah people my age need more interest in politics but we probably don't think there isn't anything we can really do. The article says we are a "vanishing voter species". It goes on to say there was a "sharply different turnout between Gen - X ers and older Baby Boomers." (as I read from the actual article) It goes on to attribute that Americans younger than 40 have lived through a series of government lies and betrayals such as the Vietnam war, Iran-Contra, Monica Lewinsky, and the imminent threat of weapons of mass destruction from Saddam Hussein. It says the media has a "jaundiced eye" that amplifies voter doubts. It also says younger voters aren't exactly glued to CSPAN but would rather spend time reading about and watching popular culture and cable T.V.

Would be hard to top it, but you should give it a try and as soon as possible. I think very highly of your "potential" you would do just fine .
