Why the heck did you put vanila creatures in the gamemechanics\creature folder?


It interferes with any mod that modifies unit stats .Basicly makes all my modes with stats useless.

I have to delete that folder now.


edit:why did you put changes to visuals?

this nulifies the changes done by the spell visual mod.

I have basicly to delete all this on by one.

hhuh...

their presence is completly normal. Do you know Fauch's 3rd upgrade? I don't think. Btw, Original Creatures gamemechanics are modified into MegaPack allowing to Faction creatures to upgrade to 3rd upgrade.

i downloaded this and now im trying to put a creature in heroes army but i cant find it every name is yeti

there are no icons

hmm, delete « index.bin » file included into data folder of your game and reload the NCF editor.

or are they all neutrals?

None of them replaces original creatures. all are neutral.

All original upgrades faction creatures are modded to allow the 3rd upgrades but their stats are not changed so like original game.

Necessary the MegaPack can conflict with a faction creatures mod.
That may be 3rd upgrades doesn't work or it's the other mods.

but i see that this pak is 1 file, is it possible to only have 2 or 3 of the creatures in your game? or do i have to have them all?

btw.. why do i have this green spot next to my name? no one else has it

I suppose you're talking about ramdomstack....

because to just have such NCFs, you can just add them from the NCF Editor.

for randomstacks, you can choose your-self what NCF could appear into.

you must open and edit files into /MapObjects/_(AdvMapSharedGroup)/Monsters from NCF_MegaPack.pak and removing
all NCFs you don't want to see into randomstacks.

I think there is not a manner to integrate NCF to  the ingame map generator
but as you know, you can wait the releasing of RTMG 1.5

Hello
I have i question.
I just install (add) creatures mega pack to game, and it works fin, but I have a problem with one creature ninja.
When i play the game and i try to engage ninja, the game crush.
Is there a possibility to remove this creature from appearing in the game or other way.

ninja issue was already known and that was thought fixed.

to remove it you can open « NCF_MegaPack.pak » with WinZip, WinRar or any such programs
then delete both files:

GameMechanics/Creature/Creatures/Creature_384.xdb
MapObjects/Neutrals/Ninja.(AdvMapMonsterShared).xdb


I think that will definitively remove the creature.

I encounter a problem with creature power magi some alt of magi I asume (I cannot remmember right name of creature because at next time when I generate map they are not placed on map)thats creature seems can use runes and when it use them game crash (last thing what I see was are rune panel of UI when they round come)I not play Dwarf so thats looks strange.

Bug with Griffon Skirmisher they sometimes landing at
outer borders of battlefield (Try hide from my Necromancer at First Aid tent or under his horse xD) in thats places they are not reachable by mele strike but shooters, hero and magic can reach them
they can strike normal and return to outer border after strike

and yes another bug
Zenithales are really little [censured] sometimes when they use Battle Dive they still presented at arena: become invisible, can strike and receive retaliations but cannot be targeted manually
thats seems not a problem for AI in autocombat AI can target them
and when time is come they are fall at ground or if mistfortune at head of my army like normal Royal Griffins but why they stay at arena
when use Battle Dive ?
