Zidane winning la Undécima after getting in charge of the team in Christmas sounds too good to be true...but hey, there's still hope, am I right?
Who I'm kidding, this is Atlético's best chance at getting their first CL title.

Liverpool bloody hell! Klopp really knows how to motivate a team after going 2:0 down.
However I still tip Sevilla to win this thing now that Dortmund crashed out.

If they do then either Arsenal or Man City don't play in the CL. It would be ironic if Pep only got to play in the EL with City now that they finally got in the semifinals. However if Wengers run of consecutive CL qualification fails because of this then...

I meant they qualify as Europa League winners; if they win but don't finish in the first four they will not take another team's place - five teams from the same country can now qualify in the Champions League group stage.

Of course Sevilla won in Penalties, it is as if it has been written all along lol. Getting Shakhtar in semis is the icing on the cake!
Villareal is not to be underestimated. They've been playing really well this season and I wouldn't be surprised if they beat Liverpool.
The CL draw is #TheDream. Pellegrinni vs RM, Atletico vs Rummenigge GO!

What is this. I don't even. Halp.
I'm glad that the Spanish teams managed to avoid one another. Sometimes they're like a bull in china shop when it comes to drawing opponents. Perhaps we'll see a pure Spanish final with a repetition of the 2014 final. Too bad the final isn't played in Madrid then.
Edit: Oh, and so much for me predicting Tottenham and Dortmund as finalists. It's odd how the current second strongest British side lost clearly to an opponent the currently 8th placed British team defeated!

We will beat Villareal though they won't be easy. Dortmund WERE the team to beat and we beat them. Now I reckon we would be the team to beat based on form. YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE!

I think it's very good for the competition that Liverpool defeated Dortmund that destroyed Tottenham. Now I think every team left has a realistic chance to win it.
I look forward to see Liverpool's next two season in PL when JK has had an even greater impact on the team.

Man City v. Real Madrid 1:1
Atlético Madrid v. Bayern Munich 0:0
Real is probably the only team that City can outperform but they'll probably go through on goal difference or some other low margin.
The Atlético game will be interesting to watch or at least I hope so. Bayern will have to raise their level if they want to go through because they have been pretty average lately. Hope Boateng gets fit in time.

Pepe was superb (in defense, not in attack lol). Aguero in good shape is a beast. Modric is a treat to watch. Jesé is a shadow of himself, that ACL injury killed his pace and play. Zidane should had made one sub on the 60 min mark.
Hopefully the 2nd leg is more exciting.

This was probably as good as City will get. Real can atleast step their game up at home.
De Bruyne and Agüero are the only really good players in this team. Wonder how Guardiola is planning to make them good enough to try and win a CL.
