That's crazy!
Having worked a lot in MS Paint myself - and I have! - I know the pros and cons of the program, and pros is deffinitely working when working in detail and NOT when working in large scale like this.
I find it hard to believe he can even control the mouse with enough precision to do the stuff he does, particularly if he doesn't work in zoom mode, which is not apparant (but maybe edited out).
Impressive no matter what.

Wonder how much it actually took without speeding it up 
EDIT: technically, you can create anything with a hex/binary editor inputting digits and numbers.
(wait, the computer already does it when you tell it to copy a file  )

I think this was done with a tablet and stylus, which is not quite as impressive as first thought. If it was done with a mouse though, holy snow!

It's impossible to create something like that with MS Paint.
But it's easy to take a picture, spoil it with MS Paint and make it reverse

Just look up his other videos. he made even more things like that. Check up how he is drawing Obama on a sheet of 1 dollar bills....
