Well I don't see it different if it's a biological virus which does the same thing (i.e control the body)

By your logic a flashlight and a torch is the same thing because they both produce "mobile" light and how this light is created has absolutely no meaning.

A torch makes more heat and is less efficient light-wise however. But the light (zombie) is indeed the same (I assume torch = virus, flashlight = nanobots, right?). May be more dim or more bright bur whatever, that depends on efficiency of said virus or nanobots.

Not necessarily, I just wanted to show how groundless your comments are.
A torch is a torch and a flashlight is a flashlight, no matter how you look at it they are not the same thing, just like zombies and nano-imbued bodies are not the same thing regardless of how similar they may be.

I've been under the impression that I'm Hugo Weawing for the last few days now, but that's not the topic.
I'd call humanity a virus. The basic behaviour patterns of a human aren't all that different from that of a zombie.

If you see humanity leeching the resources from earth,polluting the enviroment and spreading like insects,we are a virus already.
