What about Necropolis turning living Dragons into Ghost Dragons? I know that skeleton transformer allow to sacrifice:
Green/Gold Dragon
Red/Black Dragon
Hydra/Chaos Hydra
Sea Serpent/Haspid
Faerie/Rust/Crystal/Azure Dragon

And make them as bone dragons.

Another makeshift solution to the lack of palette manipulation animations in VCMI. With this mod, Beholders and Evil Eyes will shoot little lightning bolts instead of ballista arrows.

I found a new image for the def files of a city on the map, I added the flags, but when I launch the game remain yellow, can someone tell me how to do it?

Sorry, I've been absent for some time.  I downloaded VCMI onto my other laptop and it seems to work fine there.  Your guess is as good as mine why it runs there without crashing, but not on my other laptop.  The only difference between the 2 is that on the one that it doesn't work I also have the HOMM3 HD mod (by Alexander Barinov aka Baratorch) installed.  He claims it should run with VCMI, so I don't know.

Avatar, I'm inquiring to a comment you made about changing map sizes to really anything you'd like.  Is there a VCMI map editor mod for this? if not, where can I upload the mod for these kind of advanced map making? Also, I keep reading that you're able to change the creature stats, effects etc.. where in the VCMI is that performed? (again is there a mod specific for that).

Yes, HD mod shoudn't affect VCMI and vice versa. Someone has problem with VCMI and the cause was non-english letters in the program path.

Map editor can be downloaded from here: https://github.com/vcmi/vcmi_editor/releases
But still, it is in alpha stage, so don't expect full features known from good old h3 map editor.

Because VCMI AI is poor (but recently AI behaves much better) so nobody make maps for VCMI

There's tons of mods. Just unpack them and open json files to see some simple commands.

When you click Flag Color button in the Frames section, you must type RGB values which your flag has.

I solved it was a problem of image resolution affixed to the flags remained gray

First of all, play on daily build from 15th november or later - they are way more stable than previous builds - critical fixes got applied in client code. Other than that there are 2 main crash reasons:

1. Crash when buying creatures via fort screen - weird bug that does not  reproduce when I build VCMI on my own and play my build. Also it does not want to reproduce in testing branch when I put code checks that print into  console...
If this is your main problem then... mentioned code branch with extra prints contains code fixes up to daily build from 15th november and is downloadable here: https://builds.vcmi.download/branch/TownCrashDebugging/Windows/
This bug can be workarounded by using quick recruitment window - just press small fort/citadel/castle icon in the left bottom part of town scren.

2. There are some crashes/freezes left in new AI code. They will be fixed over time. There is a lot of AI work going on AI - it has already improved a lot in some gameplay aspects. Newest build as of now (2nd daily build fron 17th of november) fixes one bug with AI trying to infinitely perform some action.

Everybody is welcome to check AI improvements in VCMI, but remember it is work in progress and AI still lacks some basic features like proper defense/escape instinct.

You didn't read carefully Non-english characters in game patch could be problem with game launching at start, not later in the game

Because you've download most buggy mod for VCMI - WoG. Delete it, or - if you want to play with WoG - disable russian translation in launcher (it's WoG submod - click > symbol to the left of In The Wake of Gods name in launcher).
