Second picture is a first draft, first cut is progress (dwellings are reworked in graph editor).

I've got to say, I would really look forward on a Bastion town release so that I can get my hands on these awesome towns graphics. I would replace Conflux with a Desert theme town anytime.

So I've played a few hours of VCMI 0.94 and was glad to see how much more stable it has become (last time I played was a year ago or so). Launcher is awesome ! However I can't seem to understand what is going on with Battle AI ?? No threat at all... ?? Or I missed/messed up something ?

I chose battle AI of course and all I get are opponents without armies letting castles unguarded with creatures available to recruit in the castle.. ??

Its because by default AI don't have many resources.
Go to file "config/startres.json" and change it to something like this:

Then on land maps (sea is a problem for AI yet) AI can show you sky with diamonds.

To be honest, adventure AI is not complete in first place, let alone challenging. Do not expect any threat from it's side.

Macron's technique seems to work but unfortunately I had a crash related to the forge mod itself (can't find files that are there or supposed to be there) =(((((

You probably have older version of Forge.
Still, Forge is not completely finished yet. Only mods downloaded from our server are guarantied to work.
