Okay, I finally found it in my old history book 
The Roman senator who said that Carthahege should be destroyd, was Cato Censorius. His words where :
"Praetera censeo, Chartaginem esse delendam"

Actually its pretty interesting reading, why and how the Romans started the 3rd Punic war.
The main reason was that Carthahege got back up on their feet so fast after the 2nd punic war. This disturbed the Romans so much, that they decided to crush them, eventhough the poor Puns did everything in their power to show the Romans that they didnt wanna fight anymore.
Guess there is alot to learn from this, especially if u look at the 20. century history

Cool Thread!
Defreni has some skills but I'm fairly certain that Svarog is our resident Latin expert. Well technically, maybe he's not an 'expert' per say, but he's definitely the most knowledgable at Heroes Community in the language of Latin.
