Avenger bug fixed, please get the new version.
TOH Duel 1.1
Had my first three games with maniek, ended 3-0 in my favour.
First was inferno versus fortress and it was mostly decided by destructive build against Marbas. Maniek lacked a way to dispel my curses nor did his destructive do enough damage. Mass haste/slow sped up the process.
Second had a peculiarity about it, sylvan had an extra week of army  Turns out that while every avenger mixed stack cannot join sylvan could, I added it last and overlooked that point. My orcs not only had excellent stats(15 att/def) but a pretty solid build - retribution, aura of swiftness, elation, defend us all and stormwind. Eventually was won because unicorns were adjacent to cyclopes and the cyclopes could weaken both at the same time but more importantly because I scared his treants which left his arcanes exposed.
Third is a must see, my dark/summoning narxes faced off with Gorshak's fury and lived to tell the tale  When the first attack in the game kills 17 rakshasas it is a bad sign. I was very lucky in getting tactics but also 2 levels in sorcery in my last mentor tries. A puppet on the chieftains bought be some time but the rest of his units were vicious, then there was that taunt that killed my golems in one shot.. Worth to be noted that he had shatter dark/destructive and his insight was actually pretty good.. If not for my lack of destructive spells I was considering dark/destructive.
Good job, maniek gave me a headache here  
Edit: Sorry to hear that Storm_Giant  SeLu also had his laptop's graphics card blown and will not get a new pc before Christmas. Safe to assume he will not be playing.

Ye, I confirmed this results. Elvin wins 3-0.
In my first battle I'm really surprised because I forgot recruit bear riders.
In second battle I've extra army and really good artifacts [url=http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/1332/beztytuuec.jpg](click)[/url] (6 morale and 5 luck) but don't have enough gold to change my skills. Now, I think better option for me is destructive magic.
Imo third battle was the best. I've good bulid (22 attack and 10 defence, stamina (+10% health)) but i forgot tactics.

You are welcome Btw you didn't forget tactics, I just had them too and negated your bonus.
Since SeLu will be unable to play Vangelis will replace him. I understand he's had a rocky start with toh but I'm sure you are gonna get along just fine.

Had my games vs Vangelis, ended up 2-1 in my favour. First two games were a destructive academy versus inferno and necro respectively. The latter had both boneward and protection but 20 spellpower and ignite did the trick. Last game was my haven versus - guess what! - academy. Academy won mostly because of my careless play and overwhelming terrain obstacles. My dwarven shield and armour did not meet a destructive build

I had my games vs Lord Michal. I won 2-1 (in fact we did 5 games because the 3rd and 4th were really lopsided), but I would've either won 2-1 or 3-2 so we decided to have some fun )
1st were my Garuna vs Orson, which he won with some nice skill selection, good game!
2nd were my Gabrielle vs his Yrwanna, and man, this battle was plain awesome. My boosted griffins took out his full stacks of matriarchs, hydras and raiders  in the end I barely won with 3 inquisitors and a bunch of Xbowmen since i didnt know irresistible works vs magical immunity.
3rd was my Deirdre vs Ossir. Lord quitted when he realised he couldnt take my 27 armored poltergeists with his unicorns (btw a match where a 240 mana ranger and 180 mana Necro were both outdrained at the end of the battle lol)

Haven vs Orcs
I get mixed feelings about moddes arenas with huge obstacles in the middle. It's so easy to block there with a big unit and it greatly limits big walkers. Still, I managed to outgun him pretty fast while keeping the orcs nice and calm
Sylvan vs Dwarves
My high defense rating coupled with endurance and dwarves lacking attack put me in a rather comfortable position. After a few important lucky shots it was all over.
Haven vs Academy
Peasant: It's over?
Me: Yes, you walk too slow.
Seriously, no enlightment, retribution was enough. My only moment of doubt was wether to cast cleansing on puppeted griffins or to shot-purge them (hopefully with soldeirs luck). I chose the latter just for the awesome of hitting my own units

The first game was pretty boring - I had no chances. Academy even with expert defens had been destroyed by Haven.
The second - Sylvan vs Stronghold. I made hero to fast attack and orcs couldn't stopped elves.
The last one - necro vs academy. Expert attack, defens, nothing couldn't help me. Hipno, a lot of mana and luck together destroyed all of my undead troops.

Third battle is most interesting (for me). me Academy vs his Necropolis.

1. Haven vs Academy
Battle with all the luck on my side. Lepas had almost none and my resistance (25%) did the job pretty well.
2. Stronghold vs Dungeon
Game with some connection problems but we finally played it until the end. Swift minded puppet on my executioners under the command of Gorshak scared me a bit a must say but i think Lepas hit the wrong units. After that i scared them all the time and he casted a pretty good implosion. Lack of defense and my deadly lucky strikes where in the end too much for the dark elves. Nice game though.
3. Dungeon vs Haven
For me the best and most interesting one. Won because I had almost perfect build, very nice stats and ice artie that made my deep freeze an instant killing tool. Lepas had a very nice beginning with lots of morale but my Warlock was just too strong and too good for his quite weak in attribute numbers Dougal.
